I was referred to this place by at least two other lock services who wouldn't even look at my glovebox lock that someone had seemingly ruined and even the Honda dealer couldn't open with a crowbar, which we didn't want to try without trying less destructive routes. He worked on the lock for at least an hour and finally successfully got the glovebox open and the lock extracted to that the dealer can now replace it. Be patient with them and they'll try to get you taken care of and do things others seem unwillingly to try.
