It went smoothly. I dropped off both computers at Tonya’s office and 24 hours later—as agreed—everything was installed and our new computer was ready for pick-up. In addition and for no extra charge, Tonya spent over 30 minutes teaching me things about our new computer and how to keep it in good working order. We love our new computer and that none of our documents and photos were lost during the transfer process. Also, we didn’t spend many frustrating hours trying to figure out how to make the switch on our own.
