Just Shred

The process was very smooth. They helped me bring in my sacks of documents and shredded my documents while I watched. Would definitely use them again.

Went very well. They delivered the totes to put the documents and I had them make several trips as I underestimated the number of totes I originally needed. They also took 32 standard banker boxes of documents with no hassle. Overall I was pleased with the service

I had a great experience with them. They had very reasonable prices and they shred on site. I think it was $15. I had 2 large bags of shred and they do it based on weight. The biggest thing was that they shred on site, they shred right in front of you, so that’s the biggest positive. As far as negatives are concerned, they’re not easy to get to where they’re located. It’s a busy corner and to get into their parking lot is tricky. Second, they have very limited hours. Unless you come during the day, you often find that they’re closed. Other than when I went there, I didn’t really have a responsiveness situation with them. Meaning that I didn’t call them and they had to call me back or any of that. The same for punctuality.

When I was attempting to get the papers out of the truck (heavy box), one of the employees came out and took over. His assistance was greatly appreciated. I was also able to use the 15% coupon listed on their Angie's List page.

Excellent service

It went well. Once we arrived at Just Shred, we were able to get a cart on which to load the boxes and wheel them inside. Inside, we emptied the boxes into a container, which was then wheeled to behind a security fence, still in plain sight. The associate slowly emptied the container into the machine, and we saw the shredded documents come out the other side and go onto a conveyer which led to a back room where I assume the paper is baled for shipment. The shredder cuts the paper into strips roughly a half-inch wide. I would have been more comfortable with a cross-cut shredding machine, but I suppose cutting the paper into long strips is adequate, especially considering the volume of paper they handle.

Great. Did it all in front of me

Great experience, and it was quick and easy. Plus, they charge by volume and not weight. I had three large tubs of documents that they transferred to their container, and started shredding immediately while I was standing there. The shredder and the shredding is done in plain view of the customer, so there isn't any question that whatever you are having shredded will remain confidential.

Extremely well ! The staff was very helpful with assisting me in unloading my vehicle and then having the documents shredded in my presence.

They shred our documents right in front us for peace of mind. They are a green company and recycle everything. The employee is always very kind and it is wonderful to not see turnover in a company where security is a concern.
