We purchased a $29 deal on Living Social from Junk Removal Indianapolis. The deal was for the removal of 35 cubic feet of junk, appliances, garbage, etc. The details of the deal clearly stated that there would be an additional charge for anything beyond the 35 cubic feet.
 
A few weeks after we made the purchase, I called to schedule our appointment. The person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and enthusiastic. She reiterated at that time that there may be an additional charge if we went over, but the driver would discuss that with us when they arrived and looked at the load. We made an appointment for July 2 at 10:15 AM. I confirmed this by repeating the date and time before hanging up. When July 2 rolled around, 10:15 came and went. No one showed up or called, so I called them sometime between noon and 12:30 to see what happened. The person I spoke to said that our appointment was for 1:15, not 10:15. That was definitely not what I had agreed to, but since I was already there, I said I would wait. 1:15 came and went with no call and no one showing up. I was just getting ready to leave when there was a knock at my front door. By this time, it was 2:15. It was Junk Removal Indianapolis. They had evidently shown up a few minutes earlier and already had loaded all of our stuff onto the truck. She said that although we had a little more than 35 cubic feet to dispose of, they would not charge us any extra. I thought that was a great solution for my inconvenience and it was offered without any prompting from me.
All is well that ends well and I would say that I would use Junk Removal Indianapolis again. Although there was a small scheduling glitch, they made up for it with great customer service. I am certainly willing to give them another chance because I feel that they wanted to do the right thing all along. They were always pleasant throughout and that is an excellent quality for any service company. Everyone makes mistakes and I do feel that there was just an honest misunderstanding in this case.

I was cleaning up my house because I was getting ready to put it out in the market so they came in and took everything out. It was great, they were really nice, they were just very friendly and fast.

I was really pleased. I received a quote from 800-got-junk and then from this company. Junk removal Indianapolis was over 200 dollars cheaper. Very fast and professional. I will definitely use them again this summer.

Our conversation that took place the evening of the disagreement went a lot better and Manager apologized - and like wise in case for any reason he felt that I may have offended him.
Disagreement now agreed on and I would use service in the future!

We executed a massive service at a group home for battered women.We knew
in advance that this project was going to generate a great deal of
'junk' that needed to be disposed of. This particular facility is a
non-profit organization and they operate on a very small budget. Randall
from Help with junk was so helpful. Randall donated the use of his time
and the use of one of his trucks for this project. Not only that but we
were only an hour into the project and had completely filled the truck.
We place a call to john in the office on a Saturday morning to see if he could bring
us another truck? within 30 minutes Randall personally showed up, took
the truck, dumped the contents and brought the truck back which we
filled to the top again. Randall runs a top-notch business and more
important than that, Randall is a great human being.  We had to at least
buy him lunch. I highly recommend Help with junk to any home owner or
Contractor who needs outstanding customer service
