He usually was not there when he said he was going to be. He did have good financing, but he lied to my sister and said they were are my house when they were not.

Simply put, their level of customer service and quality of work are terrible. Charles is a well dressed, smooth talking salesman who convinces consumers everything will be handled & adequately completed per code....which is most definitely not the case. The contractors he sends are unqualified, unprofessional, lazy & down right don't know what they're doing. The HVAC system was wired with the wrong grade of wire, the heat pump was never wired to the unit so it never ran...resulting in a $757 electric bill in a vacant 1400 sqft house with no other systems using electricity. Fortunately it was never able to run because they nicked the lines running to it and all of the refrigerant to drain out.  They unnecessarily cut massive holes in the ceiling which resulted in a $900 bill from the dry wallers to fix. He claims to warrant the work for 6 months, but good luck ever getting ahold of him. He promises to have a contractor out to the house by X time on a certain day & they never show. Spent 5k having another company come completely redo the entire system (ductwork included) and will be taking legal action against Charles. 
Charles and his crew were also contracted to do a complete electrical redo of my home. So far it's been several months, 25% of the job got done, Charles stiffed his contractor and never paid them, the job is left uncompleted.  Do yourselves a favor.....STAY AWAY FROM JONES FAMILY HEATING AND COOLING!!!!!
