JON LAUSCH PAINTING

We had gotten several bids on this work since we were preparing to sell our home. Jon gave us a very competitive estimate compared to three bids we had gotten. He came highly recommended by another friend. He was easy to work with, reliable and diligent with his work. He is very knowledgeable about painting. He showed up a day before to get a paint chip so he could match the paint and and get started right away on the day he promised. He showed up promptly each of the three days to perform work. He cleaned, scraped, painted and cleaned up the area. He caulked where it needed to be done, he bleached the railing before re-painting. He accomplished the job as promised and it looks great. He is easy to work with and very responsive via email. We are pleased with the work.

Jon did a great job and we will certainly use him again.

I have used Jon for at least ten years. I was one of his first clients. He is contientious, and always does more than expected to finish the job right. I use him on both our personal property and rentals. He knows by now, exactly what i need, so all I have to do is call and set up an appointment. I have seen his deck cleaning and staining on other jobs he has performed, and he keeps to the same high standards as his other work.

Excellent. Jon gave us a fair estimate and when we added stuff in the middle of this project he completed it all for a fair price. A job well done. We will hire him again.

I have used Jon Lausch for the last ten years for all my interior/exterior painting. He is quite professional, detail oriented and reasonably priced. I also have several rental properties and he performes the same quality work on those as he does on my personal residence.

Jon was very punctual, showed up on time for the quote and provided us with a very good estimate. He took the time to explain to us the do's and don'ts of our situation and was very knowledgeable about maintenance and different kinds of paint on the market. We wanted a low VOC paint because I am pregnant and we have a dog and he suggested locations where I could purchase them which was very helpful. I really appreciated that he didn't push any type of paint over another and was very understanding of our need to have a low/NO VOC paint. I would highly recommend Jon and we plan on hiring him back to finish our upstairs hallway.

Jon did a fantastic job. He was professional, courteous and took time to explain the best type of paint for my home. I really appreciate the fact that I didn't pay for the service until it was complete and we had a final walkthrough of the work performed. He's great!

He did a great job. I can't believe he did the whole thing w/o putting tape up. He also house sits dogs.... so this summer he's going to house sit and watch our two dogs and paint the living room while I'm gone. He has house sat our dogs last summer.

Jon did an excellent job. Everything was well done and he cleaned up everything. We have hardwood floors throughout the house and I have not seen one drop of paint on the floors. I thought his price was more than fair. In fact, we didn't think he charged himself enough! I would definitely hire Jon again and we are planning to do so.
