Ron finally came by to finalize measurements and color in Sept and began work Sept 11, 2006. I paid him 1/2 the amount on Sept 11 with remaining due after completion. As the concrete started drying I pointed out that the color was different in the multiple batches he dumped for the back patio. He said the sealant and sun would help even out the color. The color has remained varied in about 3 foot square areas even after the winter. Within 4 mos. we noticed a crack in the sidewalk concrete. He said it was due to a drainage problem and possibly the tree we have growing on the other side of the sidewalk. Within 6 mos. we noticed a crack in the patio. The sidewalk has a dip where water does not drain off - creating an icy patch this winter. His bulldozer smashed our drainage pipe. He relocated the pipe with hopes to drain toward the back yard. It however drains onto our driveway making it impossible to use the area. I have called him 4 times to correct these problems. No return calls recd.

RON KEPT IN CONTACT WITH ME, BROUGHT ME SEVERAL SAMPLES, HELPED ME TO PICK OUT CARPET THAT WAS COMPARABLE TO WHAT I HAD PICKED OUT WHEN WHAT I WANTED WAS NOT AVAILABLE, AND BASICALLY MET ANY NEED NECESSARY TO MAKE US HAPPY! HIS CARPETING PRICES BEAT THE LEADING COMPETITORS SOMETIMES BY $8.00 PER SQUARE YARD!
