Description of Work: Had to have my dad's roof checked out after noticing a couple areas that were sinking in. John Peters Roofing was recommended and John was great to work with. He was honest and up front. He worked around issues with time and the job was done as discussed. Upon inspection it was found that the decking was rotting. The decking and shingles were replaced and then realized the gutters were also falling apart in several areas. New gutters were also installed. The job was done in a timely manner, area cleaned up afterwards and roof looked great. Noticed that there was still some sag in the previous areas so the construction of the roof was checked and realized the support beams were weak. This too was repaired and job finally completed. Really happy with the results.

Description of Work: Jared Peters truly "went the second mile" in getting accurate insurance coverage for our Hail Damaged roof, gutters and downspouts. He was at our home with the insurance adjuster, pointing out damaged areas that were missed by the adjuster. Roofers worked from 7:15am to 9:30pm on the first day and from 8am to 12noon on the second day in order to finish the roof. Although gutters and downspouts are yet to be replaced (working with insurance company), we have utmost confidence in John Peters Roofing. We highly recommend their services in this regard.

 + 0 moreStu Murray was very prompt in answering our call for an estimate and sent Roy Robinson who was to be the lead installer out to look over the job. The installers did and excellent job and Stu Murray and John Peters came out to check on the job while it was in progress.

 + -1 moreMr. Peters sent someone to look at my roof about a week after I had talked with him. After an inspection of my roof, I was informed that I indeed did not have any visible hail damage to the roof, gutters, or vents. He also volunteered that I needed to have my house painted (which I knew), and my brick chimney sealed, because it was popping from moisture and freezing. I was grateful for the input, and the honesty of the inspection. I feel better knowing that my roof is in good shape and my insurance company did not try to avoid the claim.
Description of Work: I called to ask for a second opinion after my insurance company's adjuster said I had no hail damage. About three-fourths of my neighbors already had their roofs replaced. I was skeptical that my insurance company was trying to avoid a claim.

 + 1 moreThey were very responsive, and came out to take care of some issues that came up after the job was done. They didn't seem bothered by any problems, they wanted to make sure that we were happy with the job. The crew was very professional and came on time. They measured each piece of guttering before they put it up, and got that part of the job done in one day. The roofing job took about three days, and that was due to weather.
Description of Work: They replaced our roof, gutters, and siding all the way around the house.

I called on 09/05, since I hadn't heard from them. They didn't call back, so I called again on 09/08, and I still have not heard from them as of 09/12.

 + -1 moreOverall experience was excellent however we had to wait a long time due to the company being overwhelmed by orders from the April 14, 2006 hail storm. Clean up after the job was done, was not good but considering the amount of work they have to do, I'm not complaining.

 + 1 moreTHEY WERE TIMELY AND HE SAID HE WOULD COME BACK TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. HE SAVED THE DAY. HE JUST MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE RIGHT. HE REASSURED ME AND EVERYTHING WORKED OUT GREAT.
Description of Work: They finished a siding job that another company had started they also worked on my gutters. They put the porch lights up. They sealed the attic back up. They also put my awnings back up.
