Hallelujah! Thank the Lord for John Peters Roofing, John Peters, Tom (gutters), Dave (electrical) and everyone in between that makes this awesome operation run as smoothly as it does! Selling my home I was presented with my buyers inspection request on a Saturday night and given 48 hours to respond. Leaving me Monday and Tuesday to get estimates. I contacted Angie’s List for a quality roofing company and John Peters called me within minutes of my request. He was able to come out, get the estimates completed, contract written up, and presented to me within a few hours. Contracts were signed and job started on time! JPR was AMAZING with COMMUNICATION and any requests that I had in regards to closing on time. The team was kind and considerate and very professional. Clean up was perfect! I will definitely use them for any future needs and recommend them to everyone! Do it! Use John Peters Roofing!

Perfect. Gutter board was inspected and didn't need to be replaced. Gutter was replaced and new downspout is a better fit than what it replaced. Great work!

Everyone connected to the business was extremely courteous and responsive. We received immediate attention. They were at our home doing the repair within 3 days of initial call. They completed the job within 45 minutes. I would definitely use them again! It gave me great peace of mind to have someone respond so quickly with such great quality of work!

We are EXTREMELY happy with John Peters Roofing and the whole-house roofing job they just completed for us! After several days of rain earlier, we discovered our old roof was leaking. We were referred to John Peters Roofing and called one afternoon to see about getting an estimate. In the meantime, a huge storm was forecast to hit our area that evening, so he immediately sent out a crew to put a tarp over the leaking area of our roof. No questions asked--just doing a good (great) deed to help us out ahead of any discussions of price or timing or anything. We ultimately got a few estimates and theirs was very competitive. John was flexible in scheduling around our various situations. His crew was fast (the whole thing done in one day), hard-working, obviously knew what they were doing, and also very courteous. The cleanup was thorough. The new roof looks terrific. The shingles used were high-quality name-brand (Owens Corning lifetime dimensional) and the other materials (new wood in places, two new skylights, ice and water shields, pipe boots, rings, and all the underlayment) were all of high-quality, too. We are confident we have a leak-proof roof that will last. I will highly recommend John Peters Roofing to anyone I know looking for roofing work.

Closed on house Friday, crew was there at 7 AM Monday, finished, cleaned up, and left by COB Tuesday.  Opted for both extras.  Very pleased with company and whole process. Quality work at a fair price.

on the 3rd visit, repair person finally used "the water test" ( a garden hose watering the roof while 2 nd person spotter in the attic). Last visit was not charged. However, had a 2nd leak elsewhere in the roof, called J Peters roofing again, but was ignored

We had an excellent experience with this company. It was obvious we needed a new roof when we started seeing a leak in an upstairs room. They were responsive and very thorough with the initial estimate, and even discussed some options I hadn't thought of before. The cost estimate was very fair for the work they needed to do. Their roofing crew arrived exactly when they said they would and cleaned everything up when they were done. At the end of the day you couldn't even tell they were there (other than a new great looking roof). They even mailed me the original warranty paperwork for the shingles! That's never happened with other contractors I've used. They are true professionals. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Jared Peters gave me an estimate on replacing some very old windows (the house was built in 1956 and these were probably the original windows we were replacing) and replacing the garage roof.  He did a great job of quoting us quality materials while being very conscious of our budget.  He didn't try to oversell, but also wanted to make sure we got a good quality product.  Brad and Jake did our windows and did a fantastic job.  Brad suggested replacing the picture window in the living room (which was three panes of glass side by side) with a large window with two smaller side windows that can be opened to let in fresh air.  We were very happy with the result; I can't say enough about the quality of their work.  They also cleaned up the work area completely each day.  The garage roof was completed in less than a day, and once again, we got excellent workmanship and quality materials at a fair price.  I would definitely recommend John Peters Roofing, and would not hesitate to hire them again.
