Exterior Painting
John gave an estimate that was very fair and competitive. He didn't just paint, but did great prep work. Any rotted boards were replaced, everything was sanded and caulked. Having some painting experience myself it was easy to let John do the work once I realized how he would get it done. He met all of my expectations and special requests for work done, was professional and courteous, and worked long hours to get the job done. John only works 2 days a week as this is a side business for him. He states this up front and makes sure that you are ok with this fact. Because of this fact and the weather (this was an exterior paint job), he got started a bit later than his first estimation. This was fine by us as we understood his circumstances.
