Jody was awesome!  We were new to this process and Jody answered all of our questions immediately.  She was very personable and we communicated often.  Like almost all home sales and purchases, things didnt always go as planned, but Jody worked her butt off to make us comfortable and take care of any problems that arose.  She sold our house when it wasnt even on the market and found us our dream home!  Would recommend Jody to anyone!!!

Jody had a plan from the beginning. She helped stage the home beautifully, designed wonderful flyers, and photographed the home to show very well. Jody had some delicate questions to ask and answer given that it was an estate sale, and was empathetic and kind. She took excellent care of me at the closing, being very sensitive to my feelings. There was an error in the paperwork at close on the title company's part, and Jody handled this quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to use her services again, either in selling a home or finding a new home.

Jody was great in helping me buy my house.  When I first started looking to buy, I was dead set on purchasing a condo downtown.  What I quickly found out was that many of the condos in the downtown area didn't have everything I was looking for and wanted.  Jody finally asked if I would consider a house.  I really hadn't thought about a house and said I'd take a look at some.  Wow!  I never knew what I was missing out on with some of the great houses in the downtown area!  I found two that I loved for different reasons.  Jody made me make that tough decision on which house I really wanted.  We talked it through together, and I ended up getting a great house!  And one that if I don't end up staying in Indianapolis then Jody can sell it for me!

Jodi was right on target with her comps. She came to our home well prepared & with a plan. She walked us through the process of decluttering & staging to show our home from the prospective of the buyer. We had a lot of showings & a full offer on our home in less than 2 weeks.

Jody is amazing. She works tirelessly to find just the right home for you. She listens to what you want and genuinely cares that her clients find the right home. She never pressures you to make a decision just to close a sale. We had a last-minute emergency just before our closing on the house we sold when my daughter was injured and had to be rushed to the hospital. Jody arranged for a notary to come get our power of attorney and completed the closing on our behalf. Better yet, she stayed calm throughout and made sure we knew not to worry and that our first priority was our daughter. We dealt with some unscrupulous real estate agents while we had our home listed. I am so grateful that Jody is one of the honest, genuinely good ones out there who had our best interests at heart. She's good at her job AND good people.

Jody was very patient and accommodating. We looked at dozens of homes. She was very knowledgeable of the local market and the entire purchase process. We have since recommended her to several people and they have all been pleased with the level of service they have received.

We got relocated, and weren't sure exactly which part of town we wanted to live on but Jody worked to find us plenty of options.  She then took us on a number of tours of homes, and was able to "widdle down" exactly what we were looking  for based on feedback from each home.  That eventually led us to the perfect house for us.
Once we found the home, she negotiated h****** our behalf and got us a great deal...and guided us through the entire purchase process and beyond!

From start to finish and even after the real estate closing, Jody provided professional and expert advice during the entire process. Going above and beyond in aiding myself and my husband as we chose and purchased a 2nd/vacation home.  She was on top of every aspect of the process from the house hunt all the way through the details of the closing.  She even corrected the title company when they had a calculating mistake that could have cost us almost $200!  This was not our first time calling on Jody for our real estate needs and we will definitely use her services again if we need a real estate agent.

Jody was everything and more that I could have asked for in a realtor. I was a first time home-buyer, single woman, and I needed a lot of help/advice! I was nervous about the whole process and she helped me through every step. From the beginning, she put me at ease with the whole process and was great at explaining all of my many questions. She was consistently available whenever I wanted to look at a house (and then look at that same house again!).  She has a lot of patience! She listened to what I was looking for and never attempted to show/recommend me any houses that were out of my price range. All emails/texts/calls were responded to immediately.

I contacted Jody in January 2012 to show me what was available in the condo market, with the understanding that I did not want to purchase until Fall. Little did either of know, I would find a condo that I loved and would begin a 6-month process to purchase a short sale home. Every worst case scenario that could have happened did happen: Bank of America held the mortgage with an investor involved, the property needed a little TLC, FHA/HUD was involved and I had problems getting the mortgage processed quickly for the property.
Throughout the entire process Jody was there communicating and advising me. After months of painstaking waiting for BofA to accept my offer, I finally received word that they were countering my offer. I accepted the offer and more waiting for the investor to accept my offer. I spent most of my time waiting for things to happen, and Jody kept me calm. Finally, BofA turned it over to us to complete the loan process and it just got worse. Jody was there managing this process with me since I choose to use a contact of mine.
After months of waiting of BofA and weeks of promises and missed deadlines from the lender, I went to Jody and told her it was time to walk away. I had enough and getting sick from the stress involved with this process, Jody talked me off the cliff. She took over the entire process and acted as the main point of contact for me. She let me walk away from the day to day and only involved me when it was absolutely necessary. When it was apparent the mortgage company was not going to move, Jody worked to find another lender who could process the FHA/Hud loan within 14-days.
After six months and 4 days, I closed on my dream condo. I could not have done this without Jody Meredith and I know that until you go through something of this nature, you will never understand how important it is to have an awesome realtor. Jody is that?an awesome realtor! 

Jody is friendly, accessible, professional and easy to work with.  We had a very stressful scenario--purchased a short-sale, then had problems getting our financing through with our bank.  She hung in there with us the whole time, kept us informed of every detail and remained positive!  We enjoyed working with Jody and would highly recommend her expertise as a realtor.
