I had a major water leak in upstairs bathroom which damaged nearly entire first floor. Required new flooring and ceiling throughout entire first floor. Entire kitchen had to be replaced. Working with the remediation company and insurance was a nightmare. The only thing that saved my sanity was choosing JL Wilson as my contractor. I worked directly with James on everything which is great, that?s what you want ? the owner directing everything and communicating directly with you. Every day James and his crew arrived on time and prepared. Every quote was on target, never went over estimate except when I added some things. All work was well done, any issues I raised were addressed immediately. But there were very few. They left every day after cleaning up, hauled away debris in timely fashion. I can?t say enough good things about this company.

James and his crew were very punctual. Communication was perfect. He set my mind at ease with this project. Recommend 10/10 would use him again.

James came out and gave me an estimate on a timely manner. He was able to fit me in the schedule for some animal damage to my attic very quickly. The JL Wilson team showed up on time and completed the removal and replacement of my attic insulation in the same day! They were all very courteous and even wore the booties over their shoes! I would highly recommend and plan to use them for a few handyman projects also!

James was amazing in handling a really disgusting attic with raccoon contamination. He removed all the old insulation, carefully remediated the entire area, and put new insulation in. The smell is totally gone! Not only did he do the work with excellence, but he also took before, during and after pictures and kept me in the loop during the entire process and assuaged all my fears. His pricing compared to other contractors blew them out of the water, because he isn’t fear-mongering and manipulating a situation like them. He charges an very fair and transparent price, and I recommend him without hesitation to everyone I work with.

I hired James to insulate my HIGHLY under insulated attic. On day of placement he came to the house and quickly got set up. The whole process took about 1.5 hours for my 1000 sq attic. He was very professional and kind. I would 10/10 highly recommend Mr. Wilson for your insulation needs!

Very impressed with the workmanship of this company! My attic looks beautiful!! Pictures were given to me before and after the work was done! The team worked efficiently and had the job done in a day! I will definitely be hiring this team to do further work when needed!

James and his crew came out to our home and removed insulation that was damaged from having raccoons in our attic. They were on time and clean with the work, given the circumstances.
