It was a pretty simple process. After being under contract for just over three weeks, I closed on my current home and then made the decision to put my previous home on the market. That home was sold within two weeks of posting and the process went very smoothly. Jim has been the best realtor! He has helped me sell my previous two residences and purchase my last two residences. He has also assisted both of my daughters with their recent home purchases. He is the most reliable, honest and helpful realtor! I don't know if I would feel comfortable with anyone else. Jim sold our house in 2 days! We tried on our own for a couple months with no luck. Once we listed with Jim, it was sold! Jim is very nice, patient, and helpful. Extremely knowledgeable about the Indianapolis and surrounding area! He is also very professional. We are always looking, and we contact Jim every so often with questions and he always helps us out!
