It was a pretty simple process. After being under contract for just over three weeks, I closed on my current home and then made the decision to put my previous home on the market. That home was sold within two weeks of posting and the process went very smoothly. Jim has been the best realtor!  He has helped me sell my previous two residences and purchase my last two residences.  He has also assisted both of my daughters with their recent home purchases.  He is the most reliable, honest and helpful realtor!  I don't know if I would feel comfortable with anyone else.  Jim proved to be very patient and helpful in explaining things, walking me through the selling and buying process,  more than once.  He was my biggest support person when I needed it most.

My husband and I moved to Indiana and were given Jim's name through our mortgage broker. We could not have been happier with Jim's service and professionalism. Jim went above and beyond any realtor we have ever worked with. Jim stuck it out with us on our long home search. We eventually settled in Zionsville and Jim helped us find a home inspector and made sure every last detail was taken care of leading up to the closing. Jim sold our house in 2 days!  We tried on our own for a couple months with no luck.  Once we listed with Jim, it was sold!  Jim is very nice, patient, and helpful.  Extremely knowledgeable about the Indianapolis and surrounding area!  He is also very professional.  We are always looking, and we contact Jim every so often with questions and he always helps us out!  I would definitely recommend Jim as a realtor for anyone looking!  We will use him again if we move or sell our home.

The entire transaction went very well.  He represented my friend/neighbor due to her moving out of state before the closing.  My friend was extremely impressed with his knowledge and how well informed he was, starting from the market analysis to the closing.
