Jimmy Buff-Its Auto Detailing

I made an appointment for a Tuesday and prepaid $225 for interior cleaning of a large SUV. I dropped off my car the night before and put my key in the slot, as instructed. Tuesday evening I returned and found that no work had been done, and no one was there at 4:30 pm. I called their phone number, but the voice mail was full and I could not leave a message. I left the car an additional day, thinking it might get done the next day, but it did not. I kept trying to call, and I was able to leave a message 2 or 3 times, but I never received a return call. Most of the time when I tried to call, the voice mail was full. After almost 3 weeks, I finally contacted the property manager for help retrieving my key, and they helped me out. Stay away from this place!

Terrible!!! The detailer missed the details. Had both interior and exterior detailed. Interior came out ok, improvements visible after detailing. Exterior on the other hand was a real disappointment. After the first rain and a couple of weeks after detailing, can't tell it had ever been detailed...scratches reappeared, dull spots apparent, etc. Contacted owner several time to discuss the condition of my vehicle but never received a call back. Very unprofessional.

Fair. The window adhesive was left on one small area and was not noticed until I returned home. I called and arranged to bring the car back for a quick fix SAturday morning at 10am. I arrived at 10am and waited until 10:15am. Another customer was also waiting for an appointment she made for a re-do of some work . She was waiting since 9am! The office was locked and the phone went to voicemail. I understand there are emergencies...things happen, but my complaint is that they never called me back and spoke with me to arrange to make things right. That was three days ago. I ended up scraping off the adhesive myself.

Very well. Middle not have to wait. More at service for the money. I would not hesitate to go back.

Our 3 year old Lexus RX looks brand new! All of the tiny scratches have been eliminated and the few deep scratches are no longer noticeable. The exterior literally glows and the interior looks and smells amazing. There were two rather large stains on the roof of the interior that disappeared completely. We tried 3 other companies that weren't willing to even attempt to remove the stains on the interior. Overall we were thoroughly impressed - very professional and delivered everything they promised. We will definitely be repeat customers.

They did an excellent job...my car looked brand new and te tiny scratches were gone.  I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Great! They picked the car up in the morning on the way to the shop and dropped it off on their way home. It looked like a new car even though it is 8 years old.

My experience with Jimmy Buff-its could not have been better.  They promptly responded to my call and scheduled detailing of my daughter's car.  My daughter is a nanny and drives 3 young children around each day.  The interior of her car was stained with juice box spills and catsup while the exterior had a build up of road salt residue.  The finished product looks like the car just came off of the car lot.  It's beautiful!
What makes Jimmy Buff-its incredibly convenient is that they pick up.  I was able to drive the car to my office and spend the day day doing what I needed to do while they did what they needed to do to the car.  At the end of the day my car was returned and I was free to drive home in a sparkling clean car.

Ric was great to work with.   He completed the detailing of the interior and exterior of a corporate car transferred from New York.  The car looked like new!  We agreed that he would pick up and drop off the car and e-mail me a copy of the invoice.  JImmy Buff-its only accept checks, but Ric was flexible in allowing the work to proceed while I mailed him a check.    Everything was done as planned.  I received the e-mail promptly and a copy of the invoice marked as paid was left in the car as well.  The car had a very strong cherry scent when it arrived from NY that returns when the windows are closed.   It was still present after the cleaning.  I contacted Ric and he immediately wanted to pick up the car the next day and complete an additional Ozone treatment.  I had the cabin air filter changed and have not pursued the additional treatment as it has improved with the filter change.   Ric stands completely behind their guarantee.  "Our guarantee is simple, if you aren't fully satisfied with the detail, then we are happy to fix any issue."   I would definitely use them again in the future.

We were very impressed that he called to ask us if he could keep the car in his shop overnight because it was supposed to rain and he wanted plenty of time for the coating to dry properly.  It was so refreshing to deal with a merchant that sincerely cared about you as a customer and your happiness with his work.

They were fantastic.  They were very willing to please, very professional and caring.  I will be using them again in the future

The car looked pretty good at first glance, but upon closer inspection I saw swirls in the window glass, wax rings on the hood (that I buffed off the next day), a 2 inch frayed strand of fiber on my floor mat (they could have at least cut that off), and the real kicker is that the trunk didn't even look like it was vacuumed. Also, there are black marks on my front wheel that they didn't clean off. Over the phone it was explained to me that the headlights would be polished and look much more clear than they did (they had a haze build-up). It didn't look like they were even touched. When I went to pick up the car, the guy basically just handed me the key and said thanks. I guess I expected someone to take me to the car and do a walk around with me, explaining what they did and see if it was to my satisfaction. Nope.
I wonder if they figured since it was a gift certificate deal that they didn't need to bother doing a good job. I have a nice car and was very excited about getting it detailed, but the job was just "so-so". I certainly expected better from a company that is all "A"s on Angie's List. I will never go back there and will tell everyone I know who wants a car detailing to steer clear. Overall a very disappointing experience.

My actual appointment was for Monday, April 29, but there was a mix up and they forgot to write it down.  They came out the very next day (and did not charge me for p/u and delivery of my car).  They were very nice to me and even sent me a card for a free car wash.  I guess I just wouldn't use them again because they said they could not get the stains from my seats.  They did a lovely job on the rest of the inside.  Very polite and good group of men, I believe.

I met with them at their location and discussed what I wanted.  They told me exactly what they could do and told me what it would cost.  We scheduled the appointment .  They did everything they said they would do and more

They did a great job. I will definitely go there again!

They did a fine job. The seal coated the car and did a wash and wax job, everything was exterior. 

They did a fantastic job. It cost a little more because of the dog hair.
