I was escorted to the lobby and told there was fresh coffee in the urn on the table, and the attendant left. I tried the coffee and found it was not even warm. While I waited, the attendant returned with another customer and he told them that there was fresh coffee on the table. I interjected and let him know that was not true. He then offered to rectify the situation promptly. 10 minutes later, he entered the lobby again, but with no coffee. I reminded him about the coffee and he said he would bring it. 5 minutes later, he brought in coffee and placed it on the table. In short, they weren't ready to serve customers yet when they opened the shop that morning.
Now that coffee was finally available, they called me out to the shop to go over their inspection results and collect my details. They went over the fluids filled and let me know I was a bit low on antifreeze, which they could top off for me for a price. I said I would do that. They showed me my dirty air filter and offered a replacement, quoting me a price, which I accepted.
I was escorted back to the lobby and was assisted at the checkout counter. They gave me my total and let me know I could get fluids topped for for free the next x months (I forgot how many months), except antifreeze.
After paying, i was directed back to my vehicle. I noticed they had not done a very thorough vacuuming job (if at all) but I proceeded on my way, as the vehicle was not very dirty when I came it. I ran a nearby errand and when I got there, noticed that there were dirty hand prints around my door handle and up and down the door frame which were not there when I brought the vehicle in. So I returned to Jiffy Lube to have them clean the black handprints off. Poor attention to detail, and uncaring attitude for the customer's vehicle. They should never return a vehicle to the customer dirtier than when it came in.
