Good service - prices are always a bit more than I'd like to pay

Grade them A's all the way around, for sure. Their customer service was great. They actually had some problems getting my tires off. They sent it to a place across the street at their own cost and got it taken care of without any problems for me.

They do well with the oil changes. I was upset because I asked them to check over my car before a long trip and they did't. I will continue using them for now.

They dealt with it in ten minutes. They were closing and they did not close it. They opened up and did my oil change. They had TV and coffee in the waiting room. They were closing down and they still did my oil change so that was really good.

The thing that I really liked the best was we went kind of the last minute, we didn’t make an appointment, they still took us in, and they still got it done.  It was a little bit later than what they closed.  They actually took care of us even though they were going to be closing.  They got everything done and stayed over to do it.  It was kind of nice.  The price was reasonable, it is not overpriced and not under priced.  They do use quality products.  They offered me a higher grade oil or they offered me a higher grade for high mileage vehicle. 

Their location is fairly close by. I didn’t have any issues since the service was provided. Their pricing is good.

They did a great job!  I was in and out in no time.

Was disappointed to learn upon arrival that they were out headlamps for my 2002 trailblazer, even though it was reported to be in stock when I called in advance.  They apologized and told me if I bought one at the nearby Walmart, they would install it.  Well I did.  It was installed right before closing, and was not charged for the installation.  This is good business.  Please noted that this occurred at the Westfield location (#2420, I believe), as opposed to the zip code listed above.

It’s fine. They are quick. There’s nothing special. The staff is okay. I don’t get the impression that they are super knowledgeable. It’s like they are going off of their script. They are not very experienced.

Good! A little expensive, but you get what you pay for. They were friendly, quick, and my car is running much smoother.

I have used this Jiffy Lube twice. They are always prompt and do the job quickly. I put synthetic oil in my car and they carry Penzoil which is a good brand. I have never had any problems and have watched them change the oil so I know they are doing it right. It is a fair price for a synthetic oil change.

It went well, fast and friendly , answered any questions I had, it was nice.

I haven't learned how to change my own oil yet so I went I Jiffy Lube this morning. Good service but high prices! If I learned how to change my own or found someone who could do it for me, I could half the amount I spent at JL.
I will say that the service was pretty quick and easy though. Friendly and professional staff.

The oil change went OK (though they are now one of the more expensive oil change options), but I will not return on principal.  When the owner's manual in my car specifies that the rough service oil change interval is 7500 miles, there is no reason a sticker should be placed in my car recommending an oil change at 3000 miles unless they are admitting to using inferior oil.  This is simply a play for money.
