Jennifer was recommend by a mastermind program I am part of. I called her and arrange a meeting with her and we hit it off immediately. I reside in Florida and was interested in some rentals for investing purposes. I arranged a quick trip to Indy for one day to check everything out. She picked me up from the airport showed me around town and took me back to the airport. Jenny and her office were so great and I was very comfortable doing business with them via email and phone. She is a great communicator and stayed on top of everything we needed to close. The process was so great we ended up buying 3 properties from her. Most importantly, she has found me several investment properties that are performing well above my expectations and putting profits into my bank account every month.
