Hi, my name is Don Nevins and my business partner is Chad Stanger. we have cross hairs water heater and appliance installs. We install water heaters, in box water softeners, built in and free-standing appliances. We are licensed (indy.gov/plumbing) and our insurance is with Erie insurance (Skaggs agency). I take care of the business and sales part of the business and chad takes care of the service, install part of the business. My back ground is in customer service and administrative work. Chad is a professional plumber by trade. Chad is also a sergeant in the Indiana national guard after his time in the regular army. After 19 years of service he is close to retiring and taking on the install business full time. we offer our services at a discounted rate to honorably discharged and currently serving military members. We also offer discounts to seniors. senior discounts are for 55 and over. We provide free pick up and removal of appliances. We are a small group of (5) professional people helping the public with their appliance installation needs. We offer free estimates and we believe a quote is a contract.
