Jeff is a very likeable person who is prompt and has always delivered good workmanship. Jeff has completed several jobs for me including painting my custom home with 24ft ceilings. I cannot recommend Mr. Peay highly enough and his prices are very reasonable.

He is extremely good. I trust him and I have never trusted a handyman before. I would call him if I need to. He does all kind of stuff around the house. He is competent. He tells me what he can do and what he can't do so I trust him. He is very friendly, he calls me if he's going to be late, and he gets things done when he says he is going to get them done. He's very reasonable. He does a good job with exterior painting. He did the painting and this fall; I had to have some wood replaced on the garage and he took care of that without any problem. His price is fantastic, much better than I thought it was going to be. I would recommend him to anybody. The quality of work is good. He will come back and do extra work if he thinks it needs to be done, and he includes it in the price that he gave you originally. I am very satisfied with him. I wouldn't use anybody else.

He did exactly what he said he would and it looks great. He gave me updates every day on his progress and completed the work in four days. His quote was about $200 less than the next guy, and included materials. While he had the pressure washer here he even volunteered to clean up some outdoor chairs that really needed it.

He doesn't take long at all to do the repairs. He has very reasonable prices. He is informative when it comes to purchasing the materials. He charges by the job and not by the hour. I am very pleased with him.
