SHOWED UP ON A MOTORCYCLE WITH NO MEASURING EQUIPMENT OR PAPERWORK. DID NOT MEASURE. QUOTED JOB BY SIGHT. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE QUOTE IN WRITING HE PULLED A SCRAP OF PAPER OUT OF HIS WALLET, ASKED TO BORROW A PEN AND SCRIBBLED A FIGURE DOWN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

MEMBER ASKED FOR EST., A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER SHOWED UP AND STARTED GETTING READY TO SEALCOAT, MEMBER TOLD HIM HE NEEDED AN EST. FIRST, GOT EST, THEN LET THEM DO WORK, SOME TRACKING, WANTED CHECK WRITTEN TO HIM, INSTEAD OF BUSINESS NAME ON CARD.
