Never showed up and took my money. Never answer this phone.

DO NOT HIRE. 4 days turned into over two months. I tried to give benefit of the doubt over and over and over. They never finished the job nor hauled away materials. They broke the water line to my toilet and their repair has been leaking for two months under my house noticed. I am calling in someone else, documenting, and heading to small claims. I am so very upset. Jerry, Hank, if you could not do the job you should?ve not taken the job.

Did not finish project even after fully paid for, left behind excess materials and supplies. What work was completed took far longer than expected. Very poor with communication.

Met with Jerry on a Friday to discuss removing our old deck. He quoted us a reasonable price and said he would be able to complete the work on the following Monday. He and his crew were quick and professional. Definitely will call again for other projects we plan to do.

Do not hire these people. What I was told would take 3 days dragged out to three weeks. Would avoid my calls to have him complete the job. Once I said I was going to take them to court we came to an agreement on a portion of the money to be returned. The overall quality of the work was terrible. It looked like a high school work shop came in and did it. I have hired someone new to come in and fixed these problems. If you wanna waste time and money these people are a great option!!

Jay Handyman is a small business. We had timing issues all summer, between the heat, the rain, and the family crisis. The work is done. I am pleased.

Started project, ran into issues off and on however, Jerry upheld his word and contract and completed the project.

They were very unorganized, rarely had the tools needed for the job. They used my hammer, screwdrivers, saw and miter box, and tiling tools. They only worked a few hours a day, so the job that was supposed to take 5 days took 5 weeks. I had to manage the job by sending texts daily with a list of what needed to be done. They trashed the carpet with some sort of grease, never once cleaning up. They did not sand the floors properly, leaving them rough, instead of using the finest sandpaper. They did not center the bathroom vanity and brought bronze fixtures when I had asked for black. Overall it was a very frustrating experience.
