Jamie Smock and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with and guide us on our new home purchase in Indiana! Jamie was extremely personable and very accommodating with our busy schedules. He met us at whatever times were convenient for us, even after we requested multiple showings at multiple times. In the end, he was able to find the perfect home for us!! I would highly recommend Jamie Smock to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home!! You won't be disappointed!!

My wife and I could not have asked for a better Realtor for our relocation. We were moving from Illinois and were referred to Jamie by our Illinois Realtor. From the initial contact to the final sale the service could not have been more accommodating. Jamie and his team worked diligently to assist me in selling my and finding a closing on a new home in a very tight seller's market.

I contacted Jamie after a referral and I couldn't have been more pleased! As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to expect and Jamie walked me through the process. He was very informative about the pricing of homes and let me know what was a good deal and what wasn't. Jamie also has an understanding of what to look for when it comes to quality and helped identify potential problems with the houses we looked at.

I was also extremely happy with how hard Jamie fought to get me the best deal possible. He worked to save me as much out of pocket money at closing as he could. He also worked extremely well with my lender and was in constant contact with them. They worked together to make sure I was getting a good deal.

Another thing I appreciated is that his team was able to give me all of the utility information I needed before closing so I could transfer services. After hearing from a friend who just recently purchased a house she was not given utility information by her realtor and had to figure it out the day before closing, so I was a little worried that would happen to me, but Jamie's team made sure I got that info well in advance along with any other information I needed.

After hearing experiences from friends and relatives who have dealt with pushy and uninformed realtors it made me extremely happy I was fortunate enough to find Jamie. I would definitely recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a realtor. 

Jamie was wonderful!! Before we met him we thought we were going to have to make a lot of upgrades to our home and he was completely honest about what we definitely needed to do and what would've been a waste of time and money. We were selling our home so we could travel the US full-time in our RV so we needed to get the most money possible (since that would dictate how long we could travel) and sell it as quickly as possible (so we wouldn't miss out on the good travel months this summer). 

We went from not even being on the market to having closed and moved out of the home in just 24 days!! I still can't believe it all went so well and it was mostly due to Jamie's service (including the professional photographer). 

We ended up walking away with WAY, WAY more money than I ever thought possible AND it happened incredibly quickly. SO thankful for Jamie and his team!!

I started the home buying process very stressed out and overwhelmed. However, our agent April was just a doll. She was so patient and thorough and answered all questions and really helped us narrow down all the options to what was really important. With SO many options out there it was just too much, with her help, we figured out what was really important and zeroed in on the perfect house to start our lives together in. There were hiccups along the way and closing was crazy and I have no idea how we would have ever got through it
without her help. We’ve been in our house for almost a year now and love it even more. Couldn’t ask for a better result.

Our search led us to many parts of town, and Jamie was always willing to go the extra mile. I have recommended him numerous times and when it comes time to sell and buy a new home I will be working with Jamie again without hesitation.

As a first-time homebuyer, I needed a realtor who was knowledgeable, honest, and patient in guiding me through the home buying process. I found all of this in Jamie. When my transaction grew into an increasingly complicated one (buying a foreclosed duplex with a 203k renovation loan on top of it) he never missed a step in providing guidance, expertise and insightful opinions. He was always very prompt in communications, and never left me hanging. (One of the many things I loved about working with him) I would highly recommend Jamie, and would definitely use him again for any real estate needs.
