At JP Arthur Co., we believe in treating the issue at the root of the problem! Some of our competitors may use equipment or chemicals that only dissipate, or shove dirt deep inside the carpet or padding, leaving it to haunt you another day! Our company uses specially designed equipment that helps draw the dirt OUT of YOUR CARPET, into our van, and out of your home! All onsite calls are treated with Pride, Honor, and Diligence to ensure the job gets done right the first time! A more thorough job provides better results We use 5-6 times the amount of water that the "fast-track" cleaners use. It is a common misconception that the more water you use, the wetter you leave the carpet. The result should be the opposite. As water is injected, the carpet fiber expands, creating a situation where both soil and water are more completely removed. The carpet is usually completely dry within several hours as opposed to 2-3 days.

They did excellent work. I was very pleased with them. Although I do not remember how much I spent, I do recall their rates were very reasonable. Most carpet companies I've used in the past were in and out, but J.P. Arthur really worked on stains and went the extra mile to work on problem areas. I really appreciated that.

The work turned out excellent. They are very personable. We have had them clean our carpets different times; they have come out a second time to work on heavy stains that had bleed back through. They come out cordially and respond quickly. They guarantee their if there is any issues.

They did a great job. It’s family owned and operated; it’s a gentleman and his son and they do all the cleaning. They were very easy to work with and were very flexible. Their pricing is fair. They were contentious and thorough.

It was fantastic, best carpet cleaning experience we have ever had.
Mr. Arthur & his son arrived when they said they would.
They made sure that we got our moneys worth too; as they do have a minimum cleaning/trip charge so they made suggestions of areas that we might want them to clean that would make sure we would received the maximum amount of carpet cleaned for the dollars spent.
When we had agreed on the areas to be cleaned they went to work and efficiently cleaned the areas immaculately. The carpet dried in less time than quoted and the carpets look great.
And to top it all off when it came time to pay they gave us the new customer 15% discount off of their minimum charge as promised to boot.
They are very friendly and conscientious.
Absolutely amazing; we will certainly use this vendor again.

We had it free because we had a coupon for it. We only had one guy who came over and did the whole thing. He was very sweet. He was very nice. We didn’t have any complaints. Everything turned out very clean, and I liked how it looked afterwards. He did the job very well. The only bad thing about it was we had to move all of our furniture out by ourselves. They didn’t do that for us.

"The member is mistaken about who did her work. We have not worked for her since 2009. We do not do drapes. We never send one guy. We never make the customer move their own furniture. They appreciate the business and they tell you more than once how much they appreciate it. They come and do whatever you want them to do, but they don?t pressure you into doing more. They also talk with you about how to deal with carpet issues like pet stains. They suggest what home remedy cleaning can be done and what cannot be done. They listen to me. They come when they say they would. They have documentation out of their files as to what I had the last time they were here. They have not raised their prices in about five years. The owner of the company is out there doing some of the hard work himself. They are well sought in this area.

We are very pleased with the job Jeff, Zack and Josh did. This is the first time we used them (they were recommended to us by our HVAC person, but I also checked the List). The carpet (14 years old) has never looked this clean and with the process they use, we are not expecting to have to clean it again for possibly a year. There was no residue left behind and they stand behind their work, even for old stains. What Jeff considers traffic areas is extremely generous. The cost was around 25% less than what we would have expected.
