They are a nice company and very reasonably priced. They're very good about showing up when they tell you....they are prompt and take care of any problem. Everything they've fixed stays fixed. They're good people.

After calling the office, I received a visit from Joe Wolsiffer. He made some recommendations regarding levels of service and equipment (along with the costs involved) that were helpful to me, as I had a very limited understanding of the capabilities of today's security systems. He didn't try to sell me more equipment than I needed and their monitoring rates are more than competitive. The installers were prompt, courteous and tidy. I was so satisfied I had them install a similar system in my home the following day. All in all, a very good buying experience.

In 1997 J. C. Alarm installed a monitored security system in my business. When I moved to a new location in 2000, they relocated the system for a modest fee. I had them add a monitored smoke alarm to the system in 2003. When I decided to add a monitored security/fire alarm system to my home, I chose J. C. Alarm without considering any other company. Their sales people and installers were neat, courteous, and answered my questions in a friendly manner without a high-pressure sales pitch; their Indianapolis location gave me confidence in their monitoring services; and their $21.95 monthly monitoring fee is much lower than most security services. I would highly recommend J. C. Alarm to anyone needing a home or office security/fire alarm system.
