I was not home while they were out for the estimate. I spoke to the technician over the phone a few times while he was out. I thought their pricing was extremely high. I just wanted them to replace a few boards on the side of the house. I am not sure that is what they gave me the estimate for or if I communicated what I needed correctly. I had no problem scheduling the estimate and they came out pretty quickly.

They where very friendly when they had come over to work on the house. They where very professional about the job. They always showed up on time to work.

I called them about it and they denied that it was the roof. They ignored my calls. I would not recommend them.

Nick Taylor, the project manager, was great. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either, and they did great work. Nick Taylor has since left this company to start his new business, White Hawk Construction, and I would use them in the future.

We worked with Todd Marcum, who made this process completely painless. He came over with samples, gave us a thorough explanation of what would be done. The crew that was sent out were extremely hard working. They cleaned up after themselves well and removed all debris. They were completed with the tear off and new installation in 2 days. After the job was completed, Todd came back for inspection and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. I can honestly say this was the easiest contracting experience I have ever had with a company. Everything ran smoothly from the first time we met with Todd through job completion. We have been extremely pleased with the speed and quality of the work. Todd is a very personable person, who makes you feel at ease. He took the time to answer questions and give his input.
