All done as requested and computer returned as promised.

We have taken 3 different computers to them for service.  There was only 1 computer that had crashed that  they were not able to safe, but they did all they could do to get the data off.  They just recently cleaned a  6000 viruses off this laptop that I am on now.  They have very reasonable prices. Services were completed in a timely manner. They took time to explain the problem and what they had to do the solve the problem.  They staff is friendly and courteous.

I took laptop in to Innovative Technologies place of business because the CD ROM driver would not start the installation of some new software I bought.  I thought the driver was the cause of the problem and expected I would have to have it replaced.  Upon inspection by the Innovative Technologies technician, he found that it was the registry not working.  He fixed the registry and cleaned out the inner workings associated with the driver.  CD driver now functions again as it should.

I have used this company before to replace the screen on my laptop, and to repair a power issue with my daughter's laptop, both occasions we were very pleased with the price and quality of work performed. My wife's laptop was experiencing issues with programs. They detected and removed the malware from the laptop. Great turn around time, less than 3 days, and excellent job in communicating with us. 
Would highly recommend to anyone needing work on their computer equipment.

Went very well;  I called their business and they came tomy home the same afternoon, very prompt service. Service tech (Anthony) fixed my computer problems; he was polited and professional. He called me the next day to insure everything was working properly- nice follow-up.

They did a fine job. They do extremely well and are very technical . I gave them the websites I had because I trusted their service and the way of doing business. Overall they do really well on customer service.

I've had good experiences with them. He charged me roughly $100. They delivered results on time and they did good work.

I had a computer that had died a year earlier that contained photos of my fiance and me. We were about to get married and I wanted the pictures for our wedding slide show. Innovative technologies was able to retrieve all the pictures and other documents that had been stored on the hard drive. I am so grateful for their help.

My son's computer wouldn't boot past the BIOS screen.  We took it into Innovative Technologies around noon.  They called around 4 and said it was ready to go.  I had used canned air to clean out the case and apparently loosened some cables.  They went in cleaned up the box, reseated the cables, adjusted the boot sequence and it was good to go.  They only charged for an hours work - $85 - but we used the Angie's List coupon. My husband and I are I.T. "people" but don't do much in the way of hardware if we can help it.  $85 an hour is an excellent price for a trustworthy and reputable computer repair company.  We will definitely use them again - but we hope we won't need to.

They did a fine job. They were able to complete the job within one day.

I was not impressed. They are not there all the time which surprised me. I took a computer to them which I had some issues with. They told me that the operating system would have to be restored. They explained they could wipe it and reinstall everything for $159. I brought it home and completed the work myself for only a couple hours of my time. I did not see the sense in using their service when I was able to wipe the computer system myself.

The work turned out just fine.

Work went great!  Quick installation and worked after hours to complete engagement on our move-in schedule.

I've worked with a number of Web professionals and have found the service, punctuality, and professionalism of Innovative Technologies to be well above the usual standard I have come to expect.
Specifically, Robert Kanter, has provided service that continues to be above my expectations. He was willing to customize his bid to incorporate the skills we already had in house, thus saving us significant cost. His follow-up is 100% and usually the same day. Finally, their charges are very reasonable and are certainly well within the norms - I consider that I'm getting exemplary service for a very middle of the road expense.
After a year of service, we continue to be just as impressed as when they were first hired. I expect to be a very long-term client of Innovative Technologies!

They came out and checked out what they needed to do and did what I asked them to do. They were good and I didn't have any problems. Their price was also fine.

They did what they could, but I ended up having to replace the computer but it wasn’t their fault. They responded quickly and I was happy with their service.

It was a good experience. The only issue I had was their office hours aren’t listed on their door, so it was hard to figure out when to stop by when they were there.

They got it done quickly and I haven?t had any trouble with the computer since then. I was very satisfied with their work.
