Could not have been better.

No problems. Excellent response.

Everything from beginning to end went smoothly and Clayton (owner) was available and helpful through the entire process - He came out and took at look at the roof and let us know there was damage due to hail. About a week later the insurance adjuster came out to inspect the roof and Clayton met with him as well. Once the claim was submitted & approved, Clayton let us know what would be getting done with a time frame and gave us roofing & gutter samples. After we made a decision on the colors, we just let him know what we wanted, he ordered it and everything arrived when he said it would. The following day the roofing crew was at our house bright and early, as I was leaving for work. They were friendly and wasted no time. When I got home they were finishing up the roof and IT LOOKED AMAZING! Clayton came out about an hour after the crew left to inspect their work. He did a walk around with my wife & I but he also had a magnetic sweeper that picked up any leftover nails. Everything looked great to me but there were a couple little things Clayton noticed (calk around the Bay window and there were more nails in the yard than there should of been) So, he let us know a couple guys would be back out to touch up the bay window and sweep the yard for nails. He said he would feel terrible if my daughter (a toddler who loves being outside and shoe-less) stepped on a nail. The fact the owner came out the same day to inspect the work and had his crew back out to do some touch up work and pick up the nails (things we did not notice right away) was huge for my wife and I. It was really appreciated & it says a lot about the company & the owner. iRestore is a small, locally owned company that does great work and the customer service we received was second to none. I will absolutely recommend them to my family and friends and would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service, I was always kept up to date on dates and times to be completed, even with a rain day unscheduled it went exceptionally well, very pleased with service. The price was not the cheapest but well below many other competitors. The work performed compared to other I have seen was above the norm. I could not have asked for a better deal for the services provided. I will and do recommend I-Restor LLC to who need services. Thanks You Steve

I Restore,LLC ....Company replaced my entire roof in 1 day ....I have had other roof's replaced through the year's, and I Restore,LLC by far have done the best work ....they have the best crew...great bunch of guy's .....they did Quality work...I am very please with the result's...and I would highly recommend them.!!!! This is the second review I'm writing after iRESTORE responded to my negative review after my first encounter with them. Please ignore my first review as the owner, Clayton went out of his way to inform me of what went wrong on their first visit to my home. He told me what the challenges were with my roof and assured me there were some steps he could take to remedy the situation. The chimney and flashing are in bad shape and needed resealing. He promptly took care of this using the proper sealant and sent me pictures of the problems around the chimney. He explained everything step by step and thought there was a very good chance the sealant would stop the leak. I realize there is no guarantee this will work as the chimney is in very bad shape but at least this was a first good step in stopping the leak. Clayton was very friendly and professional and had the work done within a few hours of our talking on the phone. There was no charge to the work he performed and asked that I stay in touch if I noticed more leaking through the roof. Clayton is obviously very concerned about the work his company performs and stands behind the service they are requested to perform. I found him to be honest and truthful about the initial situation and very eager to remedy the situation in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company and will certainly use iRESTORE in the future if needed.

It was great. The materials showed up on time, the workers showed up and quickly got to work. They finished as much as possible, working as late as 7:30 PM, then returned early the next morning to resume. They finished the entire roof in about one work day. They are an amazing crew. I purchased this deal through Angie's List, and it was a great deal! I paid a bit extra because part of my roof is a high pitch and my roof was a bit more than the included 2000 square feet. But it was a reasonable amount. Overall it was an excellent deal! I will update this review if there are any issues, but I don't anticipate any problems. Make sure the nails are cleaned up! I have a gravel driveway so it was difficult to get all of them. I fully understand this - so I used my metal detector to detect and remove a few handfuls of nails after the crew left.

They did what I asked them to do but they were more into wanting to put a new roof on. I finally got them to understand that I had a solution that I wanted them to try first and they got up there and did it but they were more into putting a roof on before they even got up there to see what I wanted. I called several times, and they would return the call but I got the impression they didn't want to do it unless they put on a new roof. The partner told me that they are more into insurance claims. They might be good as far as doing insurance repairs but as far as personal repairs like I wanted, at this time, I really don't think they are interested in that type of repair. The man I worked with was very kind. I asked them for an estimate on doing the new roof, and I never got one.

He just texted me saying he didn't do gutter repairs and he never acknowledged the repairs I needed to have done. Update: Supervisor came out and got me taken care of. He told me what I needed to do to my roof and what needed to be done.

Job was very well done. Crew showed up on time and was very careful of all the landscaping. The roof was replaced quickly and all the extras promised (ice/water dams, drip edges, upgraded vents, vent boots etc) were all installed. Clayton Eads the owner also noticed some incorrectly installed trim around the roof lines and replaced it with no problems. Highly recommend I Restore.

Subsequent independent inspector two weeks later did not agree re hail damage. Soft spot not significant enough for further repair at this time. While the price of $49 included a $250 discount if further work was to be done, I learned later that iRestore ad states that an inspection would be free. However, for the peace of mind, it was worth paying for the inspection if later it was found that work would have been needed.

Rob was great to work with. Very responsive. He walked us through the process, met with our insurance adjuster, was present during the roof work and again when the interior ceiling was prepared. Would hire them again.

It went well. Clayton climbed all over my roof and gave me advice for siding and gutters as well. He provided me with pictures of the damage and gave an estimate for repair.

My roof was checked in a very timely manner and declared in good condition. I could not have asked for more.

Clayton Eads, the Owner of i Restore came out and gave us an estimate for the job which we thought was reasonable for the amount of work that was needed. Our roof was BAD! We had met with several other roofers and we chose to go with i Restore. We couldn't be happier with our decision! Clayton was really professional, personable and up front about everything that needed to be done and gave us options to choose from. He was very communicative with us, showed up when he said he would and his crew was efficient and courteous. They did a great job and we feel that we got good quality service for our money. If you need roof replacement or repairs, call Clayton and tell him Art and Lisa sent you! You won't regret it!!

We hired iRestore to install a new roof to our house. Clayton Eads, the owner of iRestore, was very involved in the entire process from the original quote that he gave us, throughout the completion of the entire project. We received several quotes from other companies, but after we met Clayton and he answered all of our questions it was an easy choice to hire iRestore. Clayton was very upfront and honest with us about his pricing and about why he was charging us the price that he was. The other company quotes that we received were not as transparent. Everything that Clayton told us was going to happen - did actually happen. His guys showed up when he said that they would and installed the Owens Corning Dimensional shingle that we selected. They installed the roof in the timeframe that he told us. The quality of the job was excellent. For example, Clayton had his guys cut the top vents of our roof to be longer bc the original roofers who installed our roof did not install that part of our roof correctly. Clayton told me about it and they went the extra mile to install the new roof properly. They cleaned up the old shingles, tar paper and nails very well. We have 3 small children, so we were concerned about the nails, but his guys went over our entire yard with large magnets to make sure there were no nails left in the grass. His crew did a great job and Clayton is a great leader who was on the job site and made sure that the work was done properly and up to his satisfaction. I would definitely hire iRestore again and I highly recommend using them for installation of a new roof.

We were selling our home and the buyer's inspector noticed an issue with a spot on the roof. We called iRestore and had them come out to fix the one spot. Clayton was there at the agreed upon time, and immediately went up on the roof to check it out. After surveying the situation, he asked if I felt comfortable coming up on the roof to check out what he'd seen. Once up on the roof, he pointed out numerous spots where there was existing hail damage from a recent storm. He was very upfront with me and said he couldn't quote me a price to fix the one spot because he wasn't confident it would hold with the rest of the roof being in bad condition. He advised that I contact my home insurance and ask them to look at the damage. Because of the time situation with selling the home and responding to seller's requests, I was stuck in a tough spot of deciding to replace the whole roof out of pocket if insurance did not cover or not repairing at all. Clayton assured me that if for some reason the insurance company did not approve the request, he would do expanded repairs- that would hold up- at minimal cost. I went ahead and filed the claim and Clayton offered to meet the insurance rep at the house to show him the damage he had seen. Sure enough, the insurance rep called me and wanted to see it on mid-day Sunday. I called Clayton and he had no problem going out there. He even went early to make sure he could show them every spot to better give my case. After the inspection, the insurance company agreed and we got a new roof for the new buyers all because Clayton was 1- aware of the current situation regarding roofs and hail damage and 2- was looking out for what was best for our situation. He could have easily thrown up some quick repair and gone on to the next roof. Long story short (I should have started with this)- Clayton @ iRestore went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did he investigate and find the problem, he also advised how I should deal with it and invested his time in the situation to take care of our situation. He was very responsive and professional. I have no complaints and highly recommend his services.

I live in California and have 2 rental homes in Indianapolis. One of my homes needed a new roof due to severe damage caused several hail storms. Living in California, I didn't know any contractors in Indianapolis or anyone who had a new roof put on their house to ask. My insurance agent recommended IRESTORE, so I spoke to Clayton Eads, an owner of the company, for quite a while on the phone and he very patiently answered all my questions, I immediately felt like I knew him my entire life, that is how comfortable he makes you feel and how open he is to your questions. But, what do I know about roofing, NOTHING, so of course, I still thought I should look around. My membership had expired with Angie's List (temporarily) and at the time, I didn't know I could get an upgraded membership that could also be used nationwide for just a very little more. Anyway, so I called the owner of my "very trustworthy" rental management company, (yes, I actually found one, I'll call him "Mr. Mgr,") because I knew he'd make sure I was taken care of. Well Mr. Mgr. said, "Gee, Elizabeth, I really hate to let you down, but I make it a rule to never recommend contractors and such (what he really meant was "get in the middle" lol ha ha).. Of course I could understand that on such a big project like this that he will not be managing), so I told him about Clayton Eads at IRESTORE. Well, as soon as he heard Clayton's name he immediately jump in and said, "Oh, if you have Clayton Eads from IRESTORE, you have nothing to worry about, he'll do a great job for you." And he was right! I'm very happy that I hired IRESTORE. I couldn't imagine hiring anyone else if and when I need any work done on one of my rental homes after my experience with them. Anytime I had a question, no matter how trivial it was, when I called, most of the time Clayton would answer right from the job site and if he couldn't he'd call back promptly. He ALWAYS returned my calls. He finished the roof in I think it was in 3 days. Dealing with Clayton was always very profession but in a way that he will make you feel like he is your friend and you not only feel like you can trust him, you can.

Clayton Eads came out to our house the day after the storm(loved the timing) . This was my first time having my roof inspected, but I thought it was professional and convenient during my busy work life. All together once they dropped off the new shingles to replace the roof the next day the roof was completed.

My overall experience with iRESTORE was terrific. Clayton Eads was professional, courteous, punctual and an absolute pleasure to work with. This issue had been present for awhile; however, we had pushed it off because we did not know who the process would be managed or the overall cost. After meeting with Clayton, I was confident we made a great decision because iRESTORE was competitive and fixed the issue without causing any impact to our day to day routine. I have already recommended iRESTORE to many of my neighbors and colleagues and will continue to do so based on the wonderful experience I had with this company.

iRestore LLC came out to assess the water damage in my house and to discuss the history of the problems. They discussed the various ways to diagnosis the problem and determine my best options for my long term investment, my home. They did not pressure me and truly listened to what problems I have had and wanted to understand and resolve the problems for good. He went on the roof to assess the roofing and parapet all and its flashing. He was quick to find a solution and to help me decide my best options. I could tell he understands that his reputation will be worth much more than any quick fix sale. iRestore discovered how my parapet brick wall on the roof was so porous that water was easily coming thru. They went up there with a fine tooth comb and tuck-pointed the grout that was lacking. He pulled off the trim of my bay window siding to fix the flashing which was causing mold problems and causing water damage to my interior walls and windows. He re-flashed with correct trim work and used better material than the new build materials on my bay window. Interior restoration was immaculate. Plastic sealed work area in my bedroom allowed for a clean and smell free bedroom, which meant a lot to me. Dry wall and insulation repair was great and they provided me with a lot of knowledge on what insulation options i had to choose from. Dry wall and painting now looks great. Much better than the new build team. iRestore also fixed the sagging garage door beam that was causing bricks and masonry to crack. They identified the beam was too small and the not properly attached to the support studs. New bricks were found matching my old brick as best as could hope for and the sagging and cracking has stopped! Thanks iRestore !! ? Highly recommended!

Very friendly crew. Easy to work with. Arrived when they said they would and finished on time. Very professional and responsive to questions etc. Work was properly done and clean up was complete.
