The sales staff was courteous, professional and timely in providing estimates. These bids were true to the final invoices. Work was completed in a timely manner by one courteous and professional installer. The completed project updates my home and looks great! I would recommend Integrated Flooring Solutions for all of your residential and commercial flooring needs. The second time I used Integrated was late August. Heavy rains flooded my full gutters and forced water along foundation and under floorboard of my finished basement. Approximately 15 ft x 8 ft. of carpet was ruined. Integrated was on-site promptly to remove wet carpet and padding and within one week (after finding source of water and ensuring it was repaired), Integrated was on-site installing new, clean padding and repairing the area with new carpet. Lifesavers and stress busters knowing it was repaired so quickly.
