Every project that we have had Phil over to tackle has been done exactly to our wishes and specifications. In turning the screened porch into a 3 season room, special windows and a special sized door had to be ordered and installed. Phil had no trouble ordering all of these materials, delivering them to our home and installing them in exactly the right configurations. Through out this 2 week process my wife and I would think of items we wanted to add to the project such as extra electrial outlets, ceiling fan, outside lighting. Phil was always so good about accommodating our wishes and would buy the necessary supplies and incorporate them into his work schedule. Our new 3 season room only needs a coat of paint to be ready for use. We are so pleased with the results of this latest project and wonder why we didn't do it sooner!

Although not a big job it required 4 visits. After restoration and repairs to the wood, the job required 2 coats of primer and two coats of weather-resistant exterior paint. So Phil made the trip over several days...without complaint or extra cost. He was exceptionally careful of the area around the repairs and did a fine job of clean-up. You wouldn't have known he was there. I plan to contact Phil in the future to have him bid on building a large pergola above the patio.

It was a big job and took awhile but it looks beautiful. The installation price was very reasonable. Nice, friendly guy. Very honest.

Positive experience. Phil is detail oriented and conscientious. Able to problem solve with issues that always arrive in an older home.

Phil was on time, easy to work with, listened and carried out my wishes and gave me good value, great work, and a fair price.
