They kept my Ash trees alive, when everybody else?s are dead.
They came out this Summer to check them to see how they were doing, to see if they needed to be treated in 2017.
They left me a note saying that they looked pretty good.
I have been using them for 7 years.
The arborists always came when they said and were completely professional. They apply the insecticide by inserting it into the tree and letting the tree absorb it directly in the sap (like an IV for a person).
They started treatment on them in 2011, and so far the trees are perfect. This spring I noticed borers in the bark, freaked out and called IndyAsh. They called me back the same day and told me not to worry, the insecticide should be doing it's job at killing the bugs as soon as they eat the posionous wood. It shouldn't cause any damage or stress the trees. He told me how to tell if our trees are stressed by damage. So far, the trees are perfect, so the insecticide must be working.
Treatment was done as scheduled.
Detailed information is provided as to number of trees and total DBH (circumference size of trees).
My only concern regarding quality and professionalism is that it was promised in 2011 to permanently tag all treated trees and that was not done. It is suppose to be done after Aug 1, 2013. It seems that it should have been done at the same time as each tree is treated.
