Mike returned my request for an estimate the same day. Follow-through was excellent! Once we approved the work, they were able to come out the next day. They did a wonderful job. Everything looks great and the clean up was fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

Mike was very professional and walked through all that we needed to trimmed and best way to handle a willow tree that is starting to show signs of age.

We had a tall (50-60 ft.) ash tree that needed to be removed before a storm took it down and caused damage. It was right next to our backyard chain link fence so we had them leave the stump. It would have been nearly impossible to remove it. The tree was also near power lines crossing the road so it was a tricky location. Dealing with this company was a pleasure! Mike contacted us the same day we requested a quote. His price beat the other 2 estimates we had and it included hauling away the wood. We are pleased with the low stump they left and the cleanup that was done. A large branch must have come down on the top rail of our fence which Mike immediately contacted us about, even before we got home from work to see it. He arranged to pick up a replacement top rail from a local fence company AND they installed it for us. In our opinion that is over the top honest service.

Very professional crew. They cut out dead limbs and cut off low hanging branches from three large maple trees. The crew brought their bucket truck and wood chipper and chipped up the wood on site. They laid down large pieces of wood from the driveway to the backyard trees so not to make ruts. They threw in a few extra services such as chipping up a pile of dead branches I had accumulated and they trimmed a few branches off my magnolia tree that were hanging over my porch roof. Tom made sure I was satisfied with the shape of the trees before they left. It took approx. 2 hours to complete the work and I wish I would have had it done sooner because my trees look so much better now. I know I will eventually lose my big tree out front because of having it topped many years ago but for now they recommended fertilizing the yard with 12/12/12 to prolong the life of the tree.

I've used Indy Tree Service twice in the past couple of years. I had a large Mulberry tree and a smaller Crabapple tree cut down. They gave me the best price of the three estimates I got. That sometimes means the lowest quality, but not in this case. They showed when they said they would, did the work contracted for, and cleaned up the mess. I will continue to use them for all my tree work. They are the BEST.

They quickly came out and provided a detailed estimate and it was very resonable quote. It took a while after we decided on using them, to get the actual work scheduled since they try to do multiple jobs in near locations. However once scheduled, they came out on time, did the job and cleaned up in a very short time. This is the second time I have used them and will use them again. They really did a nice job trimming up our river birch. I was very pleased with the results.

They arrived promptly at 8:45. The lead crewmen, Tom noticed the log racks I had. He explained the instablilty of the product. He had a suggestion to fix the problem. Tom had the other crewmen stack wood in front of the outside support. It worked well. They were very quick in the delivery. They did a wonderful job.

Bought firewood (rick) and it was delivered within days (quick!).The man who delivered it was extremely professional, prompt and did a great job stacking the wood.The wood itself burned well (seemed fairly dry) and lasted us the entire winter (well worth the price since we use our fireplace a lot!).Will definitely use them again.

I have used them before. They were reliable and I could count on them. They did what they said that they would do. They were very good in cleaning up and they came when they said that they would. They were always on time. I could depend on them. I have used them three times and I would use them again in the future.

Trimmed the additional tree at no extra charge. Took good care of me. Came when they said they would. Did an excellent job. Cleaned my yard up great as well.

This is the second time we have used them this summer. The first time was to remove a fallen tree. They were here promptly to give an estimate and came the week they had promised. They were very pleasant, cleaned up the debris well, and even offered advice on the condition of some of our other trees. Price was very reasonable.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK AND CLEAN. THEY EVEN ASSISTED WITH A NEIGHBOR'S TREE DURING WORK WITHOUT PRIOR CONTACT. MY NEIGHBOR WAS PLEASED AS WELL.

THIS WOOD BURNS GREAT AND IS AVAILABLE ALL YEAR LONG

LAST FALL HAD THEM COME OUT AND TRIM TREES. SAID TREES SHOULD BE TREATED AND IT WOULD BE $60. WHEN INVOICE CAME IT WAS $60 EACH. FELT THIS WAS MISLEADING.
