Steve is more than just a "handyman." He's greatly skilled, is a great communicator, and a man of great integrity. In the most recent project he did for us, he re-built two sets of stoops/stairsteps attached to our back porch. As always, his carpentry work is impeccable -- the final result turned out beautifully. And along the way, he fully informed us as he learned the job would take a little longer than originally expected. But he's a diligent worker and was fully committed to finishing the job, even as he had to re-schedule some of his other pending projects. And, his clean-up afterwards left the area absolutely pristine. We will definitely use Steve again, and highly recommend him.

Steve went above and beyond! What started as a complicated TV mount project (picture frame smart tv, with with hidden cables behind the wall and plates to outline the holes) - which he mastered… turned into furniture moving and several other wall hangings. Steve rose to the occasion and recruited another colleague, Hanson and they worked diligently all day long. They were kind, professional and very precise. At first, I thought the pricing was a bit unreasonable but Steve also met my unreasonable timeline. The precision and care put into the job made the value worth the money. Also, Steve took the the care in thoroughly understanding the project before committing and helped me procure the necessary components. I’m terrible at design decisions and they respectfully gave their two cents and moved furniture around to ensure I would be comfortable with the decisions made before they started putting holes in the wall. I had to leave my home twice and felt very comfortable doing so with the character of the IOAT guys. Given everything above, I think my favorite part is that both Steve and Hanson were so upbeat throughout the entire day and so pleasant to be around. I work from home so this went a long way. They were met with a few roadblocks throughout the day and we all worked through them in a cheery manner.

Steve did an excellent job. We had several jobs and Steve completed them all above our expectations. He listened to us and also had suggestions about different ways to approach the job. Steve was prompt, thorough, determined, and was very knowledgeable about many different types of jobs. I definitely plan on hiring him again for future projects.

We really needed a replacement but did not want to pay the expense for a new one. He was able to fix it and make it safe and functional. He did a great job. -- If we need any other help, we will call him.

It went perfectly! Steve worked all day Friday and Saturday repairing cracks in the concrete wall, and doing the necessary painting, and it looks great! He also went beyond that and re-mounted some molding that had come loose - just because it needed to be done. I was extremely happy with the finished product and will definitely be calling Steve again.

Great! Steve is a professional and is very trustworthy and responsible. I would not hire anyone else after using him. He gives great service and is a really good person to work with. He knows what he can and cannot do. He shows up when he says he will. Super dependable and skills are outstanding.

All went great. Installed a entryway light, a flood light on the garage, and two lights on the side porch that also required some minor carpentry to level the light. He was very thorough and all went well. He showed up right on time and stayed the day to finish the job.

Steve Salmons was excellent to work with and his work was of high quality. He did an entire day's worth (almost 10 hours) of household tasks and repairs, which included a kitchen faucet installation, fence repair, closet shelving installation, and bathroom re-caulking. I would not hesitate to hire him again for our future handyman needs.

Great! Steve is very professional, trustworthy, skilled, cleans up after himself, honest, incredibly hard working, and wonderful to have do work on our home. He has done numerous projects for us from installing fans and lights to staining a deck. I would and have used him many times. Cannot say enough good things about Steve. I trust him to let us know what needs to be done, and to assess and do the job not only correctly, but above and beyond expectations. He is also very pleasant to deal with. Great guy to use!

Steve is always awesome. He always shows up on time and never forgets your appointment, even if you made it days in advance. He always does whatever he can do to get the job done most efficiently and how you want it done. He's been working as various jobs arise on a house that I've been working on for a long time. I think he's been there maybe 7 times! Always good to work with you, Steve!

We gave Steve a long list of repairs we needed done, from exterior siding to interior lighting. He came when he said he would and worked nonstop for several days until the job was done, even staying late on occassion. He is a total professional and we would call him again without hesitation.
