Their pricing was great, they were prompt and they did a high quality job.

We got the 5 room carpet cleaning special for $179 and staircase for an additional $25 for a total of $204. The total bill was $204 - no extra taxes or fees for this or that or and any other dumb crap. Leo came out and deep steam cleaned our carpets in Plainfield, IN. It took close to 2 hours total time to complete the job. Leo was very professional, friendly, and dressed in a company branded shirt. He represented the company well. He worked very **** ** our carpets and did excellent work. All of our carpets look brand new. Very impressed with Leo and Indy Carpet Cleaning. I would 100% recommend this company if you want quality service at a great price. I will be using these guys again annually and will be requesting Leo.

I just closed on a new home the day before. The house was left in a mess. There was purple, black and orange stains throughout the house. I was able to schedule them for 8 o'clock the very next day. They removed all the stains but the black stains in the living room. The cleaner pointed out the stain and said he wasn't happy with the initial cleaning so he continued to work it until it was clean. Great customer service!

Very easy to schedule online. They were able to come out within two days. Showed up on time. They got out all but one spot (which was still lightened).

Made the appointment yesterday online.  I got the $269.00 two story whole house special including deodorizer and spot removal. Mario and Pedro arrived on time and did an excellent job.  One room had not been used since it was cleaned by another company who said a stain wouldn't come out before they even tried, but Indy Carpet Cleaning removed it with no problem.  Will definitely use again.

Indy Carpet Cleaning is professional, priced affordable, and they do great work.  Their tech is very friendly, helpful and does a great job.  I have used their service on a few occasions, and am very pleased with the results.

Easy to book an appointment with it and respond right away to you. Employees know what they do and informed you as a customer what type of chemical they are using in case of allergy problem. Well recommended!

The time frame for the service was to be between 9:00 and 11:00 am.  I received a call about 11:15 saying they were just leaving a home on the south side and would arrive in about 45 minutes.  They arrived at just about noon, wrote up the job order and cost, and then went to work.  The work was completed in about an hour.  The service man was careful, pleasant and efficient.
