I have hired them probably 10 different times, have used them over the course of 20 years, and they are excellent. Mark is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.

A dead tree had fallen on our house after a weekend storm in July. A rep from IGC showed up to assess the damages the first week in August. He walked me through all of the things that needed repaired/replace: siding, gutter, screen door, flood light, electric box for hot tub. An estimate was written up for all the damages and emailed to me, there were some strange things that showed up on the estimate like a pet door in our sliding glass door, premium sliding screen door replacement, and house wrap. I questioned the pet door and it was removed from the estimate. Some of their workers showed up the next day and cut up the tree into 6 foot sections and just left it piled in the yard, they did not remove the tree from the property. A week later again workers showed up to begin work on the house. I observed as they stripped the old siding and gutters off the house. As they started to put the new siding on the house I questioned them where the house wrap was that was quoted in the assessment. The workers had no clue as to all of the promises made in the assessment/quote by the assessor. The called their boss and it was 4 hours before the house wrap arrived so they could start work. When the supplies finally arrived half the workers had been pulled off to go to another job so there were only 2 boys left to do the job. They put the siding and gutters on and were packing up to leave when I again questioned them about the repair to the electrical box, flood light and sliding screen door, they again called their boss. An hour later a man showed up with a replacement flood light and took our old screen door and left. He returned later with the old screen door and had replaced the screen, not a new premium screen door as promise. While waiting on the screen door the other two workers hooked up the flood light with the power on and blew both of the new light bulbs that came with it. I later had to go out and buy light bulbs because they did not return with new bulbs as they said they would. As for the rehab on the spa electrical box they did not do any work on it at all and charged me for rehab on the box. The assessor told me they would bring tools and straighten the bent door on the box, I ended up bending it out with my bare hand. In my opinion IGC sent unprepared workers to do the job and did not keep the promises they made for repairs and replacement then inflated the costs to take advantage of the insurance company. IGC was who my insurance company chose to do the work but had I know how unprofessional they were I would have chosen someone different.

My insurance company set me up with them and they did a great job. Very happy with their work, they were very conscious about the work they did.

These guys are good at what they do. I had a dump truck crash thru my backyard destroying my fence and yard. Jason was the guy that did all of the work..great guy..he replaced my fence better than it was re did my yard and sowed it with some top of the line seed. I'm pretty picky but I had no complaints, he even gave me a sprinkler to water the new seed.

I asked Mark to come out and inspect damage done by a fallen tree. My insurance company did not want to inspect the roof for some reason so they suggested I have another contractor come out and do it for them. Mark gave me a quote for cutting and removing the fallen tree, replacement of about 100 feet of gutter, replacement of some shingles that were damaged, replacement of about 24 feet of chain link fence, and inspection and replacement of an HVAC unit that was damaged by the tree. Mark did not actually inspect the HVAC unit himself (they use sub contractors for that), but simply ran off an inspection report I had from another company. It did take some back and forth before he actually showed up (while I was at work), and he forgot to measure the length of damaged fence (which I had to do and report back). He called to discuss his findings and what the quote would likely be and since he had worked with my insurance adjuster before, he knew how to contact her. He emailed her directly (and copied me) with the quote for the work and he said to just let him know with whatever decision the insurance made. Ultimately, my insurance company jerked me around a bit so I ended up calling him back to see if he could work with the estimate to work with me directly and leave the insurance out of it. He was able to lower the estimate a little bit, but it just wasn't low enough at the time (money was tight) to pull the trigger. I did feel his estimate for the tree removal was a bit high, but the rest of the work was reasonably priced. Ultimately, I'd probably give him a call if I needed any of the work completed, and I'm saving up!

This went well, they worked quicky, on time in starting the project and listened to your questions. When they promised something they full filled the promise. They said they would be back to level the ground once we get some rain. I would recommed the group for any work. They are also availabe on their cell numbers and you talk to them directly.

This transaction was handled through my homeowner's insurance so I really did not pay anything. The inside work they did could have been done better; there were little spots. Their professionalism was pretty good.

Our insurance company covered most of the cost. We had some damages and we ended up paying a part of it. They did a great job. It's a new house so to do the patch work they had to go to the attic; they did not have to rip off a layer of roofing or anything like that. It has been a good experience. They do nice work, repair what needed to be repaired and did it promptly. Their prices are reasonable. They sent someone right out. The painting took a little bit longer but the outside work which was something that needed to be done immediately they came out immediately.

Overall, not a bad experience. Replaced roof, took 4 days because there were only two workers and it was 95-105 degrees out. So the job wasn't bad, they were very responsive and quick to get us scheduled. But they never rolled for staples and nails. Not a huge deal, except for the fact that I had asked twice to make sure this particular thing WAS done. That's the only reason I would never use them again. I just simply do not like a lack of follow through when that piece was specifically pointed out.

They were fairly good. They cut some corners in some places. There were some little unfinished things. I don't know if I would have them do more work for me.

The contractor responded to my initial call within hours. He met me at the property, explained in detail what he saw that caused the damage to the property. He walked around the property examining every aspect of the roof and gutters. When in the property he explained how the repairs would be handled and the condition we could expect to receive the property back. Mark provided a written detailed estimate in less than 24 hours. There were absolutely no surprises on the pricing. If there were any changes he readily e-mailed them to me.

We were thrilled with how quickly they were able to help us, given the painting time constraints and the fact that they were very busy with flooded basements since this happened right after a period of heavy rain. My only complaint is that they would not give us an arrival timeframe even when asked directly.

We have a large house and it was a job worth $28000 - it was a big deal. I think the work went well. They were nice people, and were very responsive, professional and on time. The people that did the work seemed to be very competent. It is a dirty job but I thought that they could have been a little bit neater - they could have picked up a little bit. Other than that, it was a very good job. The inspector that I’ve had for a number of years is very thorough. He checked the roof out and said that it looked like a really good job. I got a number of bids, and their price was very competitive. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

Our insurance company paid to have our roof and gutters replaced because of storm/hail damage. We paid the extra amount for gutter guards because we live in a heavily wooded area. We contacted Mark because IGC had replaced our roof 9 years ago (at our expense) and we were pleased. We had them come out to look at some storm damage from May/June 08 storms, and they indicated the entire roof needed to be replaced. The estimates were very prompt. The crew that IGC sent to replace the roof were quick and did a great job. They even ran a magnet over the driveway to pick up nails. Finished the job with two very hard days of work.
