Jason, Danny, and Aaron did an excellent job preparing and then staining and/or applying epoxy to the surfaces. Jason even checked back to make sure things were right - we're very happy with the job done.

The owner did the estimate and explained what would be done and how. The crew that did the roof and gutter cleaning arrived late because they were trying to play catch-up because of weather and had been scheduled for too many jobs in one day. There was some landscape damage because of the chemicals used. I had been alerted to it. The same guys started the work on the deck. The job was finished after the deck had time to dry by the owner's son and another guy. I was satisfied with the deck stain and the job. I would use again.

I was having the tennis court cleaned. The tenis court was power washed. It had nothing to do with the roof. The pricing was comparable to others so I guess it was fine. There was a lot of residue left on the court that I thought maybe they would've swept off. Mike, the owner, was very professional. He met me out there to give me a bid. He's easy to work with.

A detailed written quote was obtained within a few days of contacting them. I also obtained another quote which was considerably higher for the same services. I tend to rate companies rather low (extremely high expectations) however overall I was very satisfied with the work performed along with the crew. They were experienced and went about the task largely very professionally. Outside of a ladder "bump" and some minor ground cover being killed (tricky corner of the house) everything was perfect. They had to return to do the fireplace waterproofing (letting it dry after cleaning) and they happily touched up a couple of spots that more than likely would have taken care of themselves given a couple of moderate rain falls. Overall a great job at a fair price. Highly recommended.

We hired this company to wash our house, and in the end, we had mixed feelings about it. Mike was very responsive about setting up the initial quote. Weather played a role in the time frame of when the work was actually done. We had a delay (completely out of his control) due to a couple of rainy weeks in a row. No big deal. Our house was cleaned in early May. The end result is fantastic. The siding is noticeably cleaner and looks wonderful. Our "mixed feelings" was about a couple of things that happened. Two specific questions we asked - did the "soap" they used harm any type of landscaping and/or plants and did we need to be worried about water leaking in windows or doors. Mike's answer to both was no. We had multiple problems with landscaping after the cleaning. Plants that were on our front porch in pots died. I would have been happy to move those items if I had known that was going to happen. We also had numerous plants (a golden privet, limelight hydrangea, and Miss Kim lilac among others) that clearly did not like that substance used. All plants were healthy with no damage prior to the wash. After, leaves curled up, turned brown, and fell off. Nothing else was changed, so we think it has to be a direct result of the cleaning agent used. They are recovering, but even now, almost three months later, there is still some damage. The bigger problem we had was water inside on our hardwood floors on the sliding glass door. Two large puddles, yellowish-brown in color, were there when we arrived home. We immediately contacted Mike. His response was that our door was not sealed properly and there was no possible way it came from their washing. Considering that our door is pretty newly installed and that we have never had any other leaks before or after, we disagree and think that it was a direct result of water being used in too high a pressure/direction against that part of the house. We found Mike's response a little strange considering that he made such a big deal during the initial meeting about how the company had plenty of insurance, even showing us the policy on his tablet. One final note, be prepared to wash the exterior of your windows after having something like this done. It never occurred to us that the windows would dry with a bunch of residue and/or water spots. That was an unforeseen result, so we then spent the next weekend washing windows.

TERRIBLE!!!!!! NOT SURE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING!!! THE GARAGE FLOOR KEPT PEELING WHERE THE CAR TIRES WERE. THEY REDID IT, BUT KEEPS ON PEELING.AFRAID TO ASK THEM TO COME OUT AND REDO IT. A WASTE OF TIME.IT TAKES 2-3 DAYS AT VARIOUS STAGES.I WAITED ABOUT A YEAR TO WRITE THIS REVIEW, HOPING THAT TIME WOULD COOL ME DOWN. JUST FINISHED CLEANING GARAGE AND FLOOR, ITS GETTING WORSE!!!!! NOT COOLED DOWN YET.

They did an excellent job! The mold/algae was quite severe but now the house looks like the issue was never there. The price was affordable and reasonable for the job they performed. They were polite and professional.

Roof looks great. They were on time and got the work done quickly. My only complaint is that the run off killed the grass and some leaves on the bushes.

Door faded after washing (would expect house washers to be more careful about when and how they go about washing items that could be potentially effected by cleaner and scrubbing). To be fair, door has been previously affected somewhat by elements but now is much worse. Now they learned a lesson at my expense. Before washing, discussed with owner if we needed to cover sunroom windows that can only be cleaned with special cleaner and should not have windex, bleach, other unknown types of cleaner on them. Owner said no. Spent 6+ hours cleaning off sunroom windows because he was wrong. Have a 2 square foot patch of dead grass on lawn from? Took 3 attempts to get owner out to see issues. When he finally showed up, he did apologize for my frustration but offered no solutions or recourse. Would expect for the money, a better response and more careful consideration of what should be washed and what should not be washed as well as where cleaner winds up on any special areas such as sunroom windows. Great! We had discoloration on our roof from algae and moss. They did a great job of protecting our landscaping and flowers before they started the cleaning process. The crew was polite, professional and answered any questions we had. They also provide a warranty in case of recurring discoloration.

My wife and I were going to have one of the best crops of tomatoes in years, we really enjoy our own tomatoes but didn't get to enjoy them because Michaels company killed them. They killed the wild flowers, the hanging plants and turned the perennials brown. The crabapple tree and the plum tree have brown leaves next to the roof. Not sure if the shrubs in the front of the house are dead or just stunned.  I'm sure they would fix the spot on the roof, the streaking on the garage door and clean the screens and windows if we requested it but I'm not going to let someone on my property that uses the word "liar" when talking about a conversation my wife had with his employees. He said that he wasn't calling her a "liar".... Just the fact that he used the word is highly offensive. Why even use the word at all. There is only one reason. My wife is not a "liar". Michael offered us $100 off and apologized for his unprofessionalism and negligence, but what price do you put on curb appeal. We have to look at this scorched earth every day and it makes me angry as ever. The estimate was done promptly and professionally after I called. Details regarding the cleaning process, what to expect once the job was completed and answers to my many questions were thoroughly explained. I was actually surprised at how much dirt and mold was on my house until the estimator and I did a walk-around. This professionalism was carried through to actual job completion, as the lead worker kept me informed throughout the job. Everything was cleaned up when the job was done and my house looks great!

I've used these guys twice and they always do a great job. The quotes are detailed and leave no unanswered questions, they respond to calls quickly, and the work is done with good attention to detail. I will be using this company in the future.
I gave the pricing a B because they were a bit expensive compared to other quotes for the job. But, I'm willing to pay for a job well done. I've faced enough nightmares with contractors that offer a low price that can't get anything right. It's well worth the small extra cost knowing the job will be done right.

Louis and Jackson did a great job.  On the day of service they called to let me know they were 10 minutes away and showed up promptly in the morning and worked diligently to complete the job.  Looks amazing!  I have a mid-century home and the patio now looks like something out of a home/garden magazine.  Will definitely use them again.

.Louis and Jackson were professional, personable and very hard working!!  The house looks like new after thirty years.  I would recommend this company to everyone who believes as we do that the outside of a home is as important as the inside.....
