Absolutely fantastic, could not be more satisfied with their product and service. They installed 7 remotely control operated window shades. The quality of the shades is superb. Installation went great, all the shades fit perfectly. The shades can be operated with a hand held remote, or controlled by Voice with amazon’s Alexa. Very flexible system programming as you can set The shades on a schedule. You can group shades To set different scenes. We have had the shades for about a month and they have preformed without a hitch. We operate the shades daily and have not had to recharge the batteries. Could not be more satisfied. Todd and his team are great.

The cord broke in one of our Roman shades. The company that made and installed them no longer does repairs. Inquiries with a couple of other companies were non-productive. I called IN Blinds who set up an appointment that was convenient for both of us. On the day of the appointment, David called to let me know that he was running behind and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He arrived at that time and was very personable and professional. When he took the shade with him, he indicated that it would be about 3 weeks before he'd be able to return it. I was pleasantly surprised when the repair was done in a little over a week. During the first visit, David was kind enough to securely snap our other shades back in place that had not been done properly by painters.

Great - Prompt response to schedule consultation and the installation. Shutters came in earlier than expected. Much cheaper than competitors and looks fantastic in our dining room. Professional, responsive, cleaned up after themselves after installation too!

David Conaway provided excellent presentation of the different types and price ranges of blinds Indiana Blinds provides, explaining the pros and cons of each type and price point. As estimate was given and order placed, the order was delivered and installed ahead of promised date. The quality, customer service, and satisfaction was above and beyond expectations.

Perfectly. David was able to come out to measure and show samples on a day I had off. He came back and installed the vertical blinds at my convenience. As an extra service he took down some other blinds for my painters and reinstalled them when he installed the vertical blinds. Always on time. Always go above and beyond. Friendly. Professional. A real pleasure to work with.

Freaking fantastic! Our interactions with Indiana Blinds were fabulous. I have absolutely no complaints. They completed the work quickly, efficiently, and professionally. We just bought a new home and many of our vendors are frustrating to deal with. That is not the case here. Most importantly, our blinds fit exactly what we wanted, and we couldn't be happier. Their price was also nearly 50% from some other quotes we received, so that was a fantastic bonus.

I highly recommend Indiana Blinds!  I had a tough time with a property I was hoping to purchase falling through and having already been committed to ordering blinds from this company, but they were extremely thoughtful and helpful in working with me to switch my order to a new place.  They were very responsive, courteous and professional.  The blinds were all installed well and the quality is great.  The price was also very fair.  I can't say enough positive things about this company.

I received quotes from four different companies and chose to go with Indiana Blind & Shutter because my husband and I felt we really connected with Todd Smith. Although the other companies were very professional, there was a unique chemistry with Todd. Todd took a glance around our home and could figure out the type of quality I was looking for and expected to receive.  He also made us aware of features different brands had to offer.  Due to the expense, we decided to complete this project in two phases.
Phase I consisted of three windows and four french doors. The order was made around May 7 with an estimated install date in 8 wks  (i.e. July 7) which did occur with the exception of the custom frames and panels for the four french doors.  In light of this glitch, I went ahead and agreed to place the order for Phase Ii of the shutter project which consisted of 3 additional windows with an estimated install date in 8 to 9 wks.  (i.e. 9/11)
Three weeks later on July 24 the custom frames and shutter panels for the four french doors were installed with the exception of a frame for one of the french doors which was lost in transit and had to be reordered.  Todd knew that I was unhappy about the matter and agreed to take $50.00 off the balance due but I told him that I much rather have everything installed at the expected time but was grateful he was willing to compensate for the inconvenience.
On  9/11, which was 9 wks from the order date for Phase II, the three additional windows along with the missing custom frame for the one french door were installed,  (Yeah)
Was I happy about the glitch regarding the french doors, absolutely NOT, but I feel this was an isolated incident and do plan to work with Todd in the near future.  I LOVE the overall look of the custom shutters!

This company took the time to carefully measure and assist us with the perfect shutters for our home. They assisted with the proper style and color and the blinds are perfect. We love them! The service we received was courteous and professional and their prices were the lowest of any company with which we consulted. We highly recommend this company.

We purchased a newly built home that had no window coverings.  We called Todd and he came and gave us an estimate.  I have small children and he was very accommodating to our schedule.  He met us at our home with multiple samples and suggestions.  He understood our budget and his quote was $1000.00 less than the other quote we received.  We ordered the blinds and they were installed quickly.  His team performed the install on the same day the movers moved our belongings.  They were quick and efficient.  I will use them again in the future!  I highly recommend Todd and his team!!

The most thorough diligent group. Owner on site and installing with employees. Immaculate install. Help me customize trim and did amazing job of making he shutters fit the existing trim. Looks like they were there from the beginning. Always delivered when said they would. Has great insight for your decor and budget. If you want a family run business that provides quality service and product this is who you should call.

Called but didn't get a response for a couple days. When Todd called me back he seemed to really understand my problem and what I needed. I decided soon after the phone call that I wanted him to do the work. Once I called back Todd sent David to pick up my broken shade and all my dirty mini-blinds right away. David brought the mini-blinds and the repaired shade back in 1 week. The mini-blinds were so clean! Unfortunately the shade was not successfully repaired. I called Todd back and he sent David within an hour to pick up the shade. A week later Todd called and told me how they had repaired the blind this time. David returned and hanged the blind. It worked great.  So much better than the previous time. No additional charge.

Plantation shutters are expensive and difficult to install. The process took a lot of time and several visits. At all times I found Todd and his staff completely reliable, cooperative, and fair. They performed the work to perfection and were not satisfied until the results were exactly right. The shutters are durable and certainly worth the investment. I am allergic to dust, and this is much superior to draperies, which are also very expensive and do not last as long. In addition to windows, they did a large sliding glass door for me. I could not be more pleased.

Todd sent David out same day to see what exactly was needing to be repaired. Parts came in over the weekend. David worked around my schedule on that Monday to come back and fix the blinds. Great service and professionalism.

I contacted Todd at Indiana Blinds via Angie's List, and received a phone call from Todd the next morning.  I explained my problem, and he explained the work that would be done.  Someone was at my house within two hours to remove the blinds to be worked on.  Like clockwork, Todd called me about 10 days later to tell me the blinds   were finished and someone could bring them to my home within an hour.  The blinds are practically brand new.  While the repair wasn't cheap, it was certainly very reasonably priced, and I definitely received excellent value for my money.  I am extremely satisfied.  I highly recommend this company for blind repair.  It was a very pleasant experience.
