Josh was EXCELLENT!!! He did all the installation including installing a New Main shut off valve. He is a perfectionist, clean and neat. Great Service and great product!!

This company is fabulous!  We have used them twice now, once for our water softener, and now for our RO system.  They take the time to explain things completely, are very nice, prompt, and professional.  We asked them to replace filters in our RO system that we had purchased from another company (who shall remain nameless).  Unlike the other company who acts like selling us their propriety filters at huge cost and replacing them interferes with their day, Imperial is a first class experience.

They are not afraid to show you how easy it is to replace filters, and they don't sell RO systems that use proprietary filters (if we had only known when we bought the system). If our current system breaks, we are buying a new one only from Imperial, and they are the only company we will call for future service.  Well done guys!

Imperial has been delivering our salt for years.  This is a basement delivery.  The guys are efficient.  I'm either home during the delivery or leave a check on top of the softener.  They lock up behind them.  The delivery is no extra charge when I use their monthly date for my area.

They arrived 15 minutes earlier than scheduled which was in my opinion a plus.  Only two little glitches. When they were leaving they told me to turn on the water in the baths and kitchen and let it run for awhile to get out any impurities in the lines.  After they pulled out of the driveway, I turned on the kitchen faucet and got no water at all.  I called the office and the office contacted the installers and they turned around and came back immediately.  They had forgotten to turn on a shut off valve (one of several that we have) that wasn't located near the softner.  No big deal.  I read through the book and went down to the basement to familiarize myself with the control panel and discovered that the time of day was set to AM and not PM.  Easy to reset and I don't consider it a big minus to their score.  They were courteous and polite and I have no complaints.  I chose Imperial because they were within 2 miles of my home and were a small,  family-owned business.

They do a good job and are fairly priced. They replace the softener, whenever required. They don’t tell you a particular time, but, they have come at a particular time, to do the job. I like their services and will use the same in future.

It went very well, they arrived on time, and replaced our unit with the new one, in about an hour. Very professional and gave me all the really simple instructions.

It continues to go very well, and have dealt with them for over 10 years.

Our water softener, which came from Imperial in 2002, suddenly started sending out briny water. A repairman came out the first day available. He was on time, called before coming, worked quickly and politely, showed the defective part and explained the problems. He was very professional and I would highly recommend Imperial to anyone.

As I checked around, they were the lowest price $7.60 per bag and the lowest delivery fee of $1. I was skeptical of the Solar Salt. The company explained they offer the crystal sea salt, aka Solar Salt, and cube salt. The cube salt was higher price. After some investigating, all the other companies has quoted me prices for Solar Salt, but didn't explain that it was a crystal salt instead of the pellets. Because of the price and the courtesy of explaining their product up front, I chose to use Imperial. The down side is that they have a delivery schedule with a 28 day cycle. If you want it delivered before your scheduled day, it's $20 instead of $1. They were also pretty general about the time of day. They arrived at 10:30 for this delivery. I think in the future, I will have 10-15 bags delivered to my basement and add them to the softener as needed. That way I won't have to worry about keeping a day cleared for the delivery as often.

They are excellent. The man who runs the company is the son of the man I bought the original unit from, so they are a family run operation and they are superb.
