The sales process is too pushy, but the owner taking measurements was very professional and friendly. Six weeks later the installation seemed to go well, and we assumed that was that. Then the first rain came... And we realized that our new $1,300 window leaked everywhere. We were dumbfounded. Our nice new window was leaking?! It turns out the guys who installed it hadn't bothered to caulk anything, and had left a rather substantial gap along the top of the window. It took a big rain to notice it pouring in, but it had undoubtedly been leaking smaller amounts for months by the time that happened. Who knows how much moisture is now in the wall, or whether it will cause mold eventually, only because of a faulty, half-hearted installation. So no, I would never use Hoosier again and would not recommend them to anyone else. This was a rookie mistake by a supposedly professional company, and we've learned our lesson.

I was very happy with the whole process!? The sales guy that came out was very courteous and knowledgeable about the windows.??I decided to add some etching to one of the windows to give it an elegant design.? It looks amazing!? I would highly recommend adding some of the upgrades they offer to the windows.? It seemed like the installers went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the process as they were installing?each window.??They even made a special trip to the hardware store to pick up different?trim for my windows that they thought would look better than what they originally had.? I was very surprised by how much of a difference the new windows made.? I live on a busy road and the sound from the traffic was almost the reason I did not buy the house.? Hoosier Windows & Siding fixed this problem!? I didn't even know it was a fixable problem to begin with!? It is so much quieter now, I couldn't be happier!? About two weeks after the installation was completely finished, a lady from the office called me just to make sure I was happy with everything and didn't come up with any questions or concerns.? I would recommend Hoosier Windows & Siding to anyone!

Installers were professional and helpful. They cleaned up the areas nicely. They had to come back to work on one window but came out promptly and took care of the problem.

They installed a product that wasn't what I ordered, they left nails and screws in the driveway, and left other messes around the house.  Additionally, they blamed me for a problem with the windows' installation after coming out to inspect the windows.  Ultimately, I no longer do business with this company, and I encourage others to do the same.

Had 3 quotes from companies around Fort Wayne and they were very competitive. We were looking for basic double hung windows, but wider windows for a business. All three companies had a similar window, but the sales rep with Hoosier Windows was professional and waste our time bashing  the other window companies during the estimate (like the other two companies did). He was more focused on the product, service and guarantees that his company provided. In the end, tHoosier Windows was priced fairly, but did lower their estimate to get the job. Several workers showed up on the scheduled day and as they removed one window, they would put in the new window right away. It took most of the business day to remove 7 windows and replace them. All was done but a little trim work which they had to finish up the following week because the finishing trim they had was not the correct size. That was fine, because you couldn't tell any trim was missing. They came back toward the end of the following week and finished up the little trim molding that was needed. We are very pleased with the work. The installers were very efficient and friendly. They hauled off and disposed of the old windows. They cleaned up the areas and didn't leave a mess behind. Very pleased with the windows and it was a job well done. It's been a couple of months since this job was done and we are very happy with the windows. They are smooth opening, easy to clean and look great. We would use them again!

They did this in the summer in a 102 degrees. They really did a nice job. I was happy with the service.

The installation on the entry door and two windows was very well done. The company came when they said they would, cleaned up their mess, and were very courteous. However with the storm door, they did not install the catch plate for the lock. We were told that they just couldn't make it fit right. After contacting the company numerous times and being told that someone would look at the problem and fix it, no one has done anything. If you pay over $3000 for work, you expect it to be completed correctly.
