 He also went above and beyond to give me guidance on renting my old home (while the market was bad) until it sold.   I listed $1,000 for cost of service but I do not remember exact amount.  I just remember his commission was very reasonable based on how much he help my wife and me.

I decided to reach out to Jim after the wonderful praises I had heard about him at church and from other families in the township. Not only was he very punctual with returning my call but he scheduled an appointment the next day. Jim came out and took pictures, did a walk through of the home, highlighted the selling points he was going to use on the listing, and then reviewed the various outlets he was going to use to attract my potential buyers. This is the first time I had listed a home and he took the reins on everything. I could tell right away he was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable working with him. 

The house was listed right away after my documents had been returned. Within the next week, appointments were already made for multiple showings. Every day, he had updates for me on how the showings went and feedback on the comments received. After receiving several offers, Jim guided me through the acceptance process which led to the sale of my home the same month. I can't say enough how easy and effortless Jim made this process for me. Jim sent me emails daily with available rentals in the area.  It was a one-stop-shop of information and saved us a ton of time.  I let Jim know what her budget was as well as other specific requests and he made sure our daily email was tailored to this request.  There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision on a property which we really appreciated.  When she looks for a permanent home later, we know who to call.  Thanks, Jim!
