Friendly and courteous interaction with Nubia and her workers from the beginning to the end. My only criticism is that the paperwork trail between my insurance co, the roofer and myself got unnecessarily confusing and tedious. Plus I've yet to receive a final paid in full statement. I would appreciate same just to clean up the contract papers.
