Shelley Plymale was great.  She helped us pick out and coordinate all of the things we purchased. She offered opinions and suggestions but was NEVER pushy.  She NEVER tried to upsell us on anything.  She knows a lot about the products and even steered us away from a more expensive shower faucet/valve because of what we wanted in a finished product.  I went in to just buy a vanity top because I could not get anyone to help me in a big box store.  I ended up buying everythign from Homestyle.  They did not sell the low quality brand of faucet my wife & I originally picked out, but I showed her a picture and then she got out her catalogs and showed us a complete collection of faucets, towel bars, etc - everything matched and looks great.  We returend the faucet to the big box store and were very happy we did.  Their prices were right on par with other places, some higher, some lower.  One thing that Shelley also did on the special order items was make absolutely sure that we were getting what we ordered.  She went through the order line by line with us verifying that what we wanted is what she was ordering - this protects everybody.  I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all my kitchen and bath needs.

My husband and I were lost trying to pick out items for our half bath and master bath remodels. Shelley at HomeStyle was great. She helped us decide where to start, and even better she helped us match everything! We were able to take home samples and see them in our own home which helped us make decisions. I think the price might be higher than spending the time searching out individual retailers for each item, but the time saved was amazing, and I don't think everything would have come together as smoothly.

Not too good at showing you options. Have to ask a lot of questions. Easy order process and pick up.

THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY GOOD TO REVIEW VARIOUS OPTIONS AND ADVANTAGES/DISADVANTAGES. DURING PART OF THE DELIVERY, THEY SENT US THE WRONG ITEM WHICH THEY DETECTED SOONER THAN WE DID AND THEY PERSONALLY CAME TO OUR HOUSE TO MAKE THE CORRECTION.

THEY REALLY PUSHED A PARTICULAR CONTRACTOR (THEY GAVE ME A DISCOUNT IF I WENT WITH THAT CONTRACTOR). MY OTHER CONCERN IS THE SAMPLES THAT THEY GIVE ARE NOT TRUE TO WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET BECAUSE THEIR SAMPLES ARE OLD AND THEY ARE NOT UPDATED. THE SHOWROOM HAD SEVERAL OF THE SAME THING AND NOT A VARIETY.
