Rude and accusatory. Was trying to get a furniture issue worked out (the item did not meet requirements), ended up saying no matter if the issue was resolved or not, I would give a bad rating. After hearing that, I am happily giving this place a 1 star review.

THE CERTIFICATE WAS IN A VERY FRAGILE CONDITION, THEY WERE PLEASANT, WORKED EXTREMELY CAREFULLY TO REMOVE IT FROM THE OLD BACKING AND REMAT AND FRAME IT. VERY IMPRESSIVE. VERY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE
