Although we ordered and paid for the installation, somehow this was not translated to the subcontractor by Home Depot so the installation guys were unaware that we paid for installation. A little disappointed that there wasn't better communication so that everything was flawless but the guys did install it and were very nice.

We purchased the washer/dryer combo on the internet.  When it arrived, we discovered that the plug did not fit the apartment's wiring.  We refused the order and the delivery person took it back.  When we did not receive a credit, we contacted Home Depot.  They assured us that they would credit the account within 5 business days and we have not received it to this date.o

It has been fine- I have not any bad experiences with them. It was delivered when they said it would be.

They were great. They measured the rooms, put down the carpet and cleaned up after themselves.

They were awesome. They have one insurance and that's the difference between them and the other provider. The other company gives two warranties, one warranty for the parts and the other warranty for the installation so it's like going to two different pages but Home Depot gives one warranty for the installation and the parts. It's the same warranty; it's easier to deal with. Their pricing is reasonable and 24 months zero APR; that's perfect. I had a problem with a couple of windows. They came in the next day and fixed it immediately.

It was pretty good except for the lock on my door. They were excellent. Price was pretty good. Everything that they did was wonderful.

It was a size up from the one that I went in to look at and they gave it to me for $20 cheaper because it was the display plus 10% military discount.  The gentleman working with me in kitchen and appliances was very helpful.  He did all the research to see if another one could be found in another store. 

The service went very well. We are pleased with the product and service.

The sander was in great condition. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable.

In the beginning when ordering was fine. The laminate was special order. When the order came back, there was an item missing. Also I realized that I was charged double the price. Installation was going find until the installer realized that the quarter rounds was not a match. Went a week trying to find correct quarter rounds, finally went into the store and I found the correct color myself. Realized I was not asked what type of vinyl for the cabinet, but they pulled vinyl off. Placed order for vinyl I was told it would take a week, recd phone call and it would not be available until after Thanksgiving. Floor will not be finished until Monday before Thanksgiving.

They did a great job and fixed all the mistakes that were made without charging me extra, until I was satisfied. They were easy to work with and were happy to oblige my requests. They also repaired the flooring that had been scratched.

They are my personal preference and I give them B's across the  board.

The gentlemen sent out to do the estimate come up with the wrong square footage and so they were short when it come time to install. We were given the option to install what they had and come back, but the new carpet might not match so we chose to wait on having the 3rd bedroom carpet installed until they had enough to do the entire room. There was also a misunderstanding on what needed to be done before they would move the furniture. Having said that the people at the store were very helpful, put on a rush on the carpet and gave us an allowance because of the measuring issue. Also, there was a slight imperfection in the carpet in the carpet that we found after thay had finished the carpet. We called and they offered to replace all of it or give us an allowance for the imperfection. The installers were on time and did a good job. Even with the issues I felt that the people at Home Depot did a good job .

They let us take samples home. They were very helpful as far as ordering it and knowing what to order. The price was fair.

After he did all the work, I found out that he actually didn't work at Home Depot. I found this out because I couldn't get a hold of him and I called Home Depot to get in contact with him. They said that he didn't work there anymore. I found out that the guy who originally took my information, gave it to this guy. They apologized and said that they couldn't really do anything. They never really helped to please me. I would hire them again since now I know what I have to do to cover myself. This was a learning experience.

The lack of positive references from other customers also led me to pass on Home Depot for this work.

WE BOUGHT THE BLIND FROM LEE AND HE SOLD US THE WRONG BLINDS. WHEN WE WENT BACK BRANDY THE MANAGER WAS SO HELPFUL AND WONDERFUL IN HELPING FIND THE CORRECT BLIND FOR THE HOME. SHE EVEN GAVE US AN UPGRADED VERSION FOR FREE WHEN IT COST. IT WAS A GOOD ALL AROUND EXPERIENCE, EXCEPT FOR THE THREE TIMES IT TOOK TO GET IT RIGHT.

I WENT TO HOME DEPOT WITH NO IDEA HOW TO INSTALL MY DISHWASHER AND THE PLUMBING SPECIALIST THERE HELPED ME FIGURE OUT WHAT PARTS TO PURCHASE. HE ENDED UP SAVING ME MONEY BECAUSE I ALMOST BOUGHT A BUNCH OF THE WRONG PARTS.

NOBODY ON THE SAME PAGE. IT HAS BEEN A MESS. CONTRACTORS CAME FROM OHIO NOT INDY.
