The repairman was very personable and didn't mind me asking about problem I was having with a second door, which also wasn't always closing as it should. He showed me how to adjust that door in addition to raising the garage door so it wouldn't stick.

I contacted them this morning and was told that while they were busy, that they would try to get to me within a couple of weeks, which was fine. Two hours later, they called and said that a service man would be at our house within the next 4 hours. Two hours later, Curtis knocked on our door. It took him about an hour to fix our door. This level of responsiveness, professionalism, and craftmanship is unbelievable. Now our door doesn't stick!!!

Door was order after March 15 deposit and installed the w/o May 21. Took most of day to install door unit. Seems to operate well. Had a few issues after installation which Heartwood addressed. Was not happy with the finish work inside the house and they provided some compensation for me to get it addressed.

The workman showed up when promised. Since the door is metal, there wasn't much that could be done to the door, but he shaved the door frame just enough so that it would open and close like a door should. It's much easier to open and close now from both inside and outside. The frame probably needs a little paint to cover the part that was shaved, but I'm very pleased. He even cleaned up the shavings after he was done. I had been afraid that I'd end up having to get a new door or it would cost a lot to fix. If I'd known how quick and easy it was, I'd have done it years ago.

I talked to a very nice lady who scheduled a repair appointment that afternoon. Kevin came and quickly determined what the problem was and subsequently adjusted the hinges so the door would lock. However, even though the problem was resolved, he continued to adjust the door to make the fit as perfect as he could get it. The result was that not only did the door close easier and lock correctly, there was no frigid air leaking through the door. The outside temperature was about 10* on January 2nd. I also asked him questions about other concerns I had about that door and also our front door. He patiently and throughly answered all of my questions and suggested how he could fix these issues. When the weather gets nice I will schedule him to address these additional issues. I couldn't be happier with my experience. It is so nice to watch a master of his craft work his magic.

It went well. They came out and measured the windows by appointment. Once the Insulated glass windows were ordered they came out and replaced them. They were very courteous and efficient.

They came out twice, once to measure and once to install the new pane. Both techs were friendly and professional. I thought the cost was very reasonable for two trips to my house, the window pane, and the installation. Window looks like new.

I had previously hired two different repair services to fix the leak, neither was any help. Heartwood came out and discovered what I had suspected--a fault in the flashing from the initial installation of the door, years ago. They stripped off the old flashing and installed new, custom-cut flashing to fit the door, working in a tight space (due to the door's location). This was work well done, and a tremendous relief to finally find a service company capable of repairing this problem. The leak has disappeared completely (several heavy rains later, not one drop has come in).

Everything went great. They came in and installed a new welded frame, removed and relocated existing doors and re installed hardware. Looks great.

The technician came out for a window repair however it took a very long time to get back to me with the estimate. I don't even think they ever got back to me with an estimate. I just want people to know not to pay anyone $85 just for an estimate. There are plenty of window companies that offer free estimates. This place is not worth your time.

"We went to the home on January 5, 2017 and an estimate was provided on January 10, 2017. The $85.00 was not for the estimate, but for the service call we did while there. We looked at and adjusted some bifold doors for the homeowner. The estimate was not for windows, but for glass replacement."

The service was great! Installer removed the old door and intalled the new one without issue. Even rerouted my security system wires so they could still come into the house around the door. Will be using them again for rear and patio doors. Quality product and professional service.

Excellent. It was priced less and done in less time than the handyman I use quoted me. It was a unique situation due to us living in an older home and the frame needed building out, so I feel better that I opted for the experienced. The door looks great. He left our foyer and outside clean. We'll touch up a few items with paint and look forward to being able to add air circulation in our family room.

excellent. They came out for an initial appraisal and there was no hard sell. In fact they worked with us to find the most affordable alternatives to address our problem and provided multiple quotes for us to consider. The products arrived quickly and the work was scheduled and done perfectly by skilled and friendly staff. A great experience.
