They had told me over the phone that they carried sliding door wheel kits on their trucks, while they couldn't guarantee they had mine on the truck that with the fact that my house was 20 years old, they probably would. Mike showed up within the Window, figured out the issue, replaced the wheels with a kit and was out the door in 40 minutes. Definitely worth the money.

Wasnt knowledgeable in doors. All he did was cut them off, the. Cut our floor. $245 later, now we have to repair the floor. Never again!!!!

Had work done on the door to our detached garage. They installed a deadbolt and strike plate which made the door functional which I am satisfied with but the work overall did not meet my full expectations especially considering price.

However, we would like to address a couple of the issues you mentioned above. 1st you mentioned the price, but you agreed to the quoted price before any work was done at your property. When you called with some concerns about the work we made a second trip (at no charge) to ensure we had done what was needed and met your full expectations. We did not hear back from you until the invoice was past due and you felt you had been overcharged at which time we discounted you invoice. We strive to make sure all our customers needs are met and they are fully satisfied with our performance. We are sorry you did not feel like that happened for you."

A different company installed all new windows in our house. One began to leak and the former company would not fix. Heartwood s tech came out found the problem quickly and said no charge. I could not believe it! Highly recommend

4 of the 6 doors were installed incorrectly. The home owner had to point this out to the worker and had to engage management/owner to fix. They showed up late for appointment and owner is combative and argumentative. Owner acknowledged poor work and no clean up. After hiring, realized it was the same company that no showed and "ghosted" for a previous project.

Very nice people both the gentleman who came and did our quote, receptionists, and the two gentlemen who installed the door. They were able to reuse the glass for our door which have blinds in them and our door knob and lock. This saved us a good chunk of money. Was nice to work with a company who looks for ways to save the customers money. All in all it came in at around my thought the price would be and incentive the door was in their warehouse they were quick to get us scheduled for the install. We made a 50% deposit for them to order the door and paid the remainder after installation. I think this was nice but because its helped to break up the large payment. Very happy with their service!
