My wife was happy the problem was easily fixed, and we understand we'll have to buy a new/used washer in the future.

The service technician showed up late for the appointment. However, it took him less than five minutes to determine what the problem was. He said the refrigerator needed a new compressor. He then said that it would take one hour to get the part and then thirty minutes to install it. He quoted the price and asked us if the plan and price was acceptable. We gave the OK and he delivered exactly what he said he would do. We expected to be told we needed a new refrigerator. We were very pleased with the experience.

Sorry - I forgot to send in report after the repair, but I'm happy to report their service was excellent.....Mr. Hayden has a gentleman  working for him who used to work for Maytag and he really knew his business.  The repair was made and was quite reasonable, especially considering they had to make two trips to get the repair done since a major part had to be ordered.

Hayden's appliance repair was very quick and responsive to my problem.  They knew what the problem was almost immediately and proceeded to fix it.  Then it turned out that the "fix" part blew out the circuit board that controlled the whole machine.  They showed me where the problem was and told me up front exactly what the cost would be, how long it would take to receive the part and exactly when the repair could be finished.  Both Mr. Hayden and his associate were very professional and I felt they did a very good job.  Since the "Maytag Repairman" no longer exists, I would definitely call Hayden Appliance Repair for any problems I have with appliances.

I was really impressed by Rob and his business. He had pictures of the washer and dryer on the internet, and when I called, he explained that he checks out all of the machines that he sells and completely refurbishes them before selling them. When he arrived with the washer and dryer, I was even more impressed. They were so nice (they look like they've barely been used) and they both work great. Plus, the price was hard to beat. As for Rob, he's an extremely nice, polite, and hardworking guy. As I said, I was really impressed. I'd recommend his business to anyone.
