The workmanship was great. We have a difficult roof and he did a great job with it. I have had zero problems since the roof was re-done.
Description of Work: They replaced the roof due to hail damage. Added a layer of shingles, not a complete tear-off. House, garage, and small shed.

THEY HAD THE LEAST COST OF 4 QUOTES, OF WHICH 3 WERE ALSO FOR HALLETT BRAND COVERS. THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME & ACCORDING TO AGREEMENT. AFTER WORK WAS COMPLETED, WE REALIZED THE ROOF SENDS TOO MUCH WATER DOWN AROUND ONE OF THE CORNERS FOR ANY GUTTER TO MANAGE. GREG CAME BACK AND ADDED A SMALL DIVERTER TO THE GUTTER AREA, BUT WAS LESS RESPONSIVE WHEN WE LEFT MESSAGES TRYING TO EXPLAIN THAT THIS DID NOT COMPLETELY FIX THE PROBLEM--WE PROBABLY NEED DIVERTERS HIGHER ON THE ROOF. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT HE NEITHER FIXED THE PROBLEM (MY PHONE MESSAGES EXPLICITLY STATED THAT I UNDERSTOOD THIS WOULD COST EXTRA), NOR CALLED TO SAY THIS WAS OUTSIDE THE RANGE OF THINGS HE WORKS ON (I ALSO SPECIFICALLY ASKED THAT HE CALL & TELL ME, IF IT WASN'T WITHIN HIS SCOPE TO DEAL WITH THIS). BUT THE REST OF THE EXPERIENCE WAS PAINLESS AND RELATIVELY INEXPENSIVE AND SUCCESSFUL.

PRIOR TO INSTALLATION HE CLEANED OUT THE GUTTERS. THEIR PRICE WAS A LOT BETTER THAN OTHERS. HE IS A NICE GENTLEMAN AND CLEANED UP THE WORK AREA VERY WELL.
Description of Work: INSTALLED GUTTER COVERS SIMILAR TO GUTTER HELMET. YOU GET THE WATER IN THE GUTTER AND NOT THE LEAVES.
