Harvey Bro's did a horrible job painting the cabinets and walls. There were missed spots of paint on the wall, a lot of paint on the floors, leather furniture and stainless steel appliances. The wood planks had missing pieces and spilled epoxy on it in the entire kitchen, kitchen nook, part of the hallway and family room. The laundry, office/ prayer room and q/2 bathrooms were not fully painted, paint on the floor walls damaged and missing quarter rounds. The wood was knocked off of my front door ,white paint was on my black exterior door and brown wood kitchen table. I was charged for extra wood planks and they were removed from my property.

We’ve received your complaint regarding the Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring and want to provide a response after our internal investigation. We completed the project as agreed, including the LVP flooring installation. During our final inspection, we did not observe any epoxy residue or damage. Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards. After receiving your complaint, we conducted an internal investigation and arranged an additional inspection. Based on our findings, we are confident that the epoxy issue on the LVP flooring was not caused by our team. It seems likely that window contractors, who are not affiliated with us, may have inadvertently tracked epoxy onto the flooring the day after we completed the installation. You mentioned having video proof of this occurrence. While we have requested this evidence several times, we have yet to receive it. We kindly ask that you provide the video proof as soon as possible. As previously communicated, we agreed to provide paint touch-ups as a gesture of goodwill. We are ready to proceed with these touch-ups at your earliest convenience. Lastly, we remind you of the unpaid invoice for the additional work you requested, including painting the ceiling, baseboards, doors, and trim. Please settle this invoice promptly. We value your business and are committed to resolving any issues in a fair and professional manner."

So so many cut corners, I could hold them accountable but quite honestly I don’t want them to do any more work and I would rather pay someone else to fix it…please choose some one else, I love booher remodeling and Hahn and associates and this is the only bad review I’ve ever left in my life…ever…

"Hello Dr. [Member Name Removed] We informed you that the shower doors that you had purchased from Home Depot had a scratch on it. You granted us permission to go ahead and install them anyway, so our team did. You then informed us a couple days later Home Depot will allow a return on the shower doors that were already installed. We then quoted you for the removal and delivery of the already installed shower doors to Home Depot, and to pickup the new doors, deliver them, and install them. The original quote for the shower door installation did not cover these extra steps. Also, we would like to mention that the PEX pipe that was used in your two showers is an acceptable material for domestic water piping in Indiana building codes, including the International Plumbing Code, International Residential Code, Uniform Plumbing Code, and the National Standard Plumbing Code. We would be happy to resolve any issues you may have with the installation. We assumed you were happy with the installation since you are subscribed to our customer satisfaction email list and that it has been 6 months since the installation. - Patricia Simon, Customer Service"

Nathan and his crew were excellent in there communicating with myself ,my daughter and husband . It was a rush urgent need since my daughter apartment contract was done in a couple of weeks so to move into this new home we needed capable ,efficient work quickly! Nathan and his crew were fabulous! They completed the job timely and it’s beautiful! it cost just the amount we had thought . That’s says a lot because we have our own construction company in South Bend Indiana and expect perfection.thats just what they did .They were so efficient we asked them to quote and do the two bedrooms carpet installation! Again price was right and fantastically done just beautiful! We are do thankful to them ! If you need a roof or any restoration they are honest excellent and get the job done timely .

Went great. 3 upright support poles for front porch. Had to be totally rebuilt. Front of garage under the vinal siding had years of water damage. Several of boards of frame work had to be replaced. Poles on front porch was water damage as well all due too original builder failed to properly seal everything. Harvey Bros took on the job and accepted my lumber I had already purchased, thinking I would do the job. Outstanding job well done.
