THE OPERATOR WAS THERE ON TIME, HAD SOME USEFUL SUGGESTIONS, AND EVEN REDUCED THE PRICE FOR SPREADING THE DIRT WHEN HE REALIZED HE HAD UNDERESTIMATED THE AMOUNT OF DIRT REQUIRED. OF COURSE, WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE ADDITIONAL DIRT, BUT HARTMAN VOLUNTEERED THE PRICE REDUCTION WITHOUT US ASKING.
