I PAID HIM FOR MATERIALS AND HE NEVER SHOWED UP TO DO THE WORK. HE CASHED MY CHECK IMMEDIATELY AND TOOK MY MONEY. NOW, HE WON'T RETURN MY CALLS. I'VE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR THE WORK COMPLETED.

THE CONTRACTOR DISAGREED OR MADE EXCUSES EVERY TIME WE ASKED TO HAVE SOMETHING CORRECTED. BUILDING WAS NOT BUILT TO THE SPECIFICATION REQUIRED BY THE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION. CONTRACTOR TOOK 4 WEEKS TO BUILD SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN 5 TO 7 DAYS.

"HANDYMAN OF AMERICA DID VERY GOOD QUALITY WORK ON THIS MEMBERS SHED. AFTER TALKING WITH MEMBER, HE SAID THAT HE WASNT AWARE OF HIS WIFE GIVING THE NEGATIVE REFERENCE TO ANGIES LIST. WE MADE AN EXTREME EFFORT TO TAKE CARE OF THEM. A 3 WEEK JOB TURNED INTO 4 MONTHS DUE TO THE CHANGES FROM THE MEMBER. WE ARE A VERY RESPONSIBLE COMPANY AND WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE THE BEST QUANTITY AND QUALITY OF WORK. IM AFRAID THAT THIS MEMBERS WIFE COULDNT BE SATISFIED, EVEN THOUGH WE TRIED VERY HARD. MR. MEMBER SAYS THAT HE IS GOING TO CALL BACK TO MODIFY HIS REPORT. MEMBERS STILL OWE OUR COMPANY $1500 THAT HAS NOT BEEN PAID. THIS JOB ONLY TOOK 1 MONTH TO ACTUALLY DO. THE REST OF THE 3 MONTHS WERE DUE TO CHANGES MADE BY THE MEMBER. SO THIS WAS NOT OUR FAULT."
